No. 15 5-hour ENERGY Toyota driver Clint Bowyer won the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race last Saturday night in Richmond, but the 5-hour ENERGY driver hasn’t stopped moving since he left victory lane.

Richmond Recap: Denny Hamlin led a race-high 202 of 400 laps in Saturday's NASCAR Sprint Cup Series regular season finale at Richmond International Raceway, but was forced to pit late for fuel and finished 18th at his hometown track in the #11 FedEx Express Toyota. A late rain shower forced the team into a different strategy than most of the leaders, as Hamlin tried to stretch his fuel to the finish.

Dover International Speedway will offer race fans the option of tent camping for the Sept. 28-30, 2012 NASCAR race weekend. Non self-contained RVs, also known as pop-ups, will also now be permitted.

These were the initial responses from finalists Ron Eby, Michael Jackson, Ali McDonough and Lorri Shealy Unumb, who received calls from The NASCAR Foundation informing them they had been selected as one of four national finalists for the 2012 Betty Jane France Humanitarian Award (BJFHA). Each of the finalists is guaranteed a $25,000 donation to their cause from The NASCAR Foundation, with the national winner being awarded $100,000.

For the 2013 season all car manufacturers racing in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series will roll out new designs for competition. The new car designs, which more closely resemble the cars sold in dealerships across the country, will be at Talladega Superspeedway for a test session on Wednesday, October 3rd. That test will be open to the public so fans can catch a glimpse of the new cars before they are premiered next season.

Trevor Bayne, crew chief Donnie Wingo, and the rest of the Wood Brothers Racing Team are looking to build on their mid-season momentum this weekend at Chicagoland Speedway, home track of Good Sam and Camping World.

Victory Junction will open its gates to the public on Saturday, October 27, 2012 for two anticipated annual events: the 7th Annual Run to Victory, consisting of a half marathon and a 5k, and Open House, held in conjunction with Randleman NASCAR Days. Both of these events offer the public an opportunity to explore Victory Junction’s 84-acre campus and learn more about its mission and the individuals it serves.

The National Motorsports Press Association (NMPA) announced the finalists for the NASCAR Most Popular Driver Award today. With more than a half-million votes cast, the top 10 drivers that earned the most votes will now be reset to zero with voting continuing over the next 10 weeks, coinciding with the NASCAR Chase for the Sprint Cup.

This weekend, David Ragan and the No. 34 Front Row Motorsports Ford will compete in the first race for the NASCAR Sprint Cup championship at Chicagoland Speedway. Although Ragan and his team are not eligible to compete for the championship, they are focused on a championship of their own.
