NASCAR Cup Series

Kevin Harvick and the No. 29 Budweiser Folds of Honor Chevrolet team travel to Sparta, Ky., this weekend for Saturday night’s Quaker State 400 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) race at Kentucky Speedway.

DALE EARNHARDT, JR., NO. 88 DIET MOUNTAIN DEW/NATIONAL GUARD CHEVROLET – 3rd IN STANDINGS: “Kentucky is kind of wide, but it’s difficult to pass. The second groove has some good grip, so it will be real hard to get underneath guys and get around them."

Dodge scored a pair of top 10s at last year’s inaugural Quaker State 400 at Kentucky Speedway. Brad Keselowski led Dodge with a seventh-place finish, Kurt Busch was ninth. A Dodge was at the front of the field for 120 of the 267 laps in last year’s race. Keselowski led 79 laps while then-teammate Busch led 41.

Marcos Ambrose will sport Mac Tools colors on his No. 9 Ford Fusion for the second time this season as he heads to Kentucky Speedway for this weekend's 400-mile race. The Australian native heads to the Bluegrass state looking for his third consecutive pole award and top-10 finish in three weeks.

Landon Cassill is champing at the bit for this weekend's Quaker State 400 at Kentucky Speedway. He piloted his No. 83 Burger King/Dr Pepper Toyota to an 18th-place finish at Charlotte Motor Speedway in May.

The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series will make its second trip to Kentucky Speedway for this weekend's Quaker State 400. Travis Kvapil, driver of the No. 93 Burger King/Dr Pepper Toyota, is excited about heading to the rough-and-tumble 1.5-mile race track. His past results, combined with his team's progression at intermediate tracks, have all the makings of a solid performance.

For the first of three NASCAR Sprint Cup events this season, the Eckrich colors will adorn the hood and sides of the No. 43 Richard Petty Motorsports Ford this weekend at the mile-and-a-half Kentucky Speedway.

Biffle on racing at Kentucky Speedway: “Kentucky is a really fun, flat 1.5-mile track which creates lots of side-by-side racing. The sweeping corners, combined with the flat puts on a great race. Plus Saturday night racing under the lights is always exciting.”

No. 56 NAPA AUTO PARTS Toyota driver Martin Truex Jr. would like nothing better than to celebrate his 32nd birthday this weekend at Kentucky Speedway with another victory for Michael Waltrip Racing.

Kenseth on racing at Kentucky: “I’ve only raced at Kentucky once now and we ran pretty competitively there to finish well in last year’s race."
