Beginning in 2020, the Coke Zero Sugar 400 NASCAR Cup Series race will shift from its July 4th weekend date to Saturday night, Aug. 29 and will serve as the final race of the NASCAR regular season, Daytona International Speedway President Chip Wile said.

Pocono Raceway will host a double-header race weekend in 2020, featuring two NASCAR Cup races on back-to-back days, on Saturday, June 27 and Sunday, June 28. Camping and Cup race ticket prices will not increase for the 2020 NASCAR race weekend.

The Valley of the Sun will play host to a new championship sporting event as NASCAR announced today that the NASCAR Championship Weekend will be held at ISM Raceway, November 6-8, 2020, for the first time in the sport’s history. Martinsville Recap: Denny Hamlin finished fifth at Martinsville (Va.) Speedway on Sunday, pushing his way back through the field after a pit road penalty sent him to the back of the pack midway through the race. Denny started the 500-lap race in the fifth position.
