Pennzoil is taking over Las Vegas this March to host the second annual Pennzoil 400 Presented by Jiffy Lube, part of the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS), at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

Kyle Busch Heads Home to Las Vegas… Fresh off his 500th Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS) start at Atlanta Motor Speedway, Toyota driver Kyle Busch will make his 501st start at his hometown track, Las Vegas Motor Speedway, this weekend. Through two MENCS races this season, Busch has finishes of second (Daytona) and sixth (Atlanta), and sits third in the points standings. In 15 Cup Series starts at his hometown track, Busch has one win (2009), six top-fives and 241 laps led.

Chip Ganassi Racing (CGR) announces a partnership with Las Vegas-based Star Nursery to be the primary sponsor on the No. 1 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1, driven by Las Vegas native Kurt Busch, when the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS) races at Las Vegas Motor Speedway (LVMS) on Sunday, Mar. 3. The No. 1 Star Nursery Camaro will feature livery to match the car that Busch drove to his first NASCAR Championship 20 years ago.

WEST COAST SWING: 2019 marks the fifth consecutive year that the NASCAR schedule has taken the series on a ‘West Coast Swing’ visiting Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Phoenix International Raceway and Auto Club Speedway in succession. Chevrolet has been the most successful manufacturer by earning six victories of the 12 races in the past three seasons that the series has made this mecca. One manufacturer is yet to sweep the “West Coast” swing in its current configuration.

Coming off a promising weekend at Atlanta Motor Speedway, Roush Fenway Racing heads to the second straight 1.5-mile track on the circuit in Las Vegas Motor Speedway this weekend. RFR boasts 16 wins all-time in the Entertainment Capital of the World, having finished in the top-10 at more than half of the races it has competed in at the track.

Earlier today, Team Penske released the first video of the 2019 series of The Penske Games, which returns for its third season after achieving critical acclaim and impressive viewership totals in 2017 and 2018. The multi-episode social media series will be distributed online throughout the course of the 2019 racing season. The new season launched today with the Team Penske drivers playing a version of the popular party game, Minute to Win It, pitting NASCAR and Supercars drivers against their INDYCAR and IMSA counterparts.

JTG Daugherty Racing’s revolutionary sponsorship strategy will ramp-up at Las Vegas Motor Speedway with a sweepstakes beginning today. The first theme, Flavor Fill Up, will be prominently featured on the No. 37 Camaro ZL1 driven by Chris Buescher beginning at ISM Raceway and wrap up at Auto Club Speedway.

Newman will make his 20th MENCS start at Las Vegas Motor Speedway this weekend. In 19 prior starts Newman has an average finish of 15.5 with nine top-10 and four top-five finishes.
