AmericanMuscle.com announced the date for its 10th annual Mustang Car Show: Saturday, June 16th, 2018. (For those who have attended in the past, they might note that the show will be held two months earlier than in previous years.) The event will be hosted at the Maple Grove Raceway in Mohnton, Pennsylvania. This is the nation’s largest one-day Mustang show, and has raised funds for various charities since its inception. Most notably, Philadelphia’s Make-A-Wish® Foundation has been the charity of choice for the company since 2015.

When it comes to racing at Daytona and Talladega in recent years no manufacturer has had more success than Ford, which goes into this year’s Daytona 500 with a seven-race restrictor plate winning streak (not counting Brad Keselowski’s victory in Sunday’s Clash). And while anything can happen when cars are running two and three-wide at speeds around 200 miles per hour, the confidence level for extending it in 2018 is high.

As the countdown continues to Daytona Day, NASCAR® today announced the return of the Hashtag 500, where fans will race on social media for a chance to win memorabilia from the 60th running of the DAYTONA 500® live during the race on February 18.

Six decades of DAYTONA 500 history-making will be honored this weekend at Daytona International Speedway with displays involving some of the most memorable stock cars driven to victory in “The Great American Race.”

Academy Award, Golden Globe, SAG winning and Emmy nominated actress Charlize Theron has been named the Honorary Starter for the historic 60th annual DAYTONA 500 on Feb. 18 at Daytona International Speedway. Theron will wave the green flag for the DAYTONA 500, the season-opening race (TV – FOX, FOX Deportes; Radio – MRN, Sirius XM) for the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series.
