Full transcript: OUTLOOK FOR SEASON WITH CHANGE TO HENDRICK MOTORSPORTS SUPPORT: “The new relationship with Hendrick Motorsports has been good. They have been so helpful in trying to develop our stuff. More than anything, just being able to have that technical alliance and for them to come over and make sure we are building the cars the right way and kind of going the same direction has been a lot of help. Chris Buescher tested at Las Vegas and I though the car was a lot fast. He talked highly that between what we have learned from Hendrick and the new Camaro ZL1 body was a lot better. We still have a lot of room to improve, but for sure, it is an organization that is going to help us a lot."

That is tough at the beginning of the season, especially when you look at the West Coast swing early on."

Obviously it's a big deal to have stage points, we kind of saw that last year with everything going on."

RCR owns two Daytona 500 wins (Dale Earnhardt - 1998, Kevin Harvick - 2007), three Coke Zero 400 trophies (Earnhardt - 1990, 1993 and Harvick - 2010) and 14 qualifying races, including 10-consecutive victories with Earnhardt (1990 - 1999). In addition, RCR has earned the Advance Auto Parts Clash a total of eight times, with drivers Harvick (2009, 2010, 2013) and Earnhardt (1986, '88, '91, '93, and '95).

RICKY STENHOUSE JR. – No. 17 Ford Fusion – DID YOU LOOK AT YOUR YELLOW LINE RULING ON REPLAY? “I think in the rule book it does say if you go below the yellow line and advance your position you will be black-flagged or whatever the consequences were. But it also says if you force somebody below the yellow line that that car could be black-flagged, but we asked NASCAR and we haven’t heard back from them on that. Typical. I guess the next time somebody gets to the inside of me I’ll force them below the yellow line and then they’ll have to pit and they’ll be in the same position that I was in. If that’s the way they’re gonna call it, then I guess we’ll race that way. We’ll see if they get back to us before we race tomorrow.”

It varies from team to team or sponsor to sponsor and year to year as well. It is always kind of moving because it’s changed for me each year even with the same teams or different team’s different sponsors or same sponsors. Yeah, you just never know exactly what will be asked of you or how your season will look from that side of things.”
