A track where he and the No. 43 Smithfield Ford team have shown speed, Almirola hopes to return to a good finish this weekend. Fully healed from his injury and back at it, he has no hesitation getting back on track.

With five races remaining in the 2017 NASCAR Cup Series season, Erik Jones and the No. 77 5-hour ENERGY Toyota team return to Kansas Speedway for the Hollywood Casino 400 with a couple of points to prove.

DARLINGTON, S.C. – Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series driver Martin Truex Jr. and partner Sherry Pollex have been selected as the third quarter recipients of the National Motorsports Press Association’s Pocono Spirit Award.

At the start of the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Playoffs, three drivers stood out as the top title contenders come the finale at Homestead-Miami: Martin Truex Jr., Kyle Larson, and Kyle Busch, who had been turning his season around at the right time.

Trevor Bayne will make his seventh Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS) start at Kansas this weekend. Bayne earned his best finish of 10th at the 1.5-mile oval in the May 2017 event.

Stenhouse has nine Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS) starts at Kansas Speedway with an average starting position of 13.0 and average finishing position of 18.0.

On the track, Kyle Busch has been known to lead the field during NASCAR races on numerous occasions. Today, the 2015 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series champion starred in a similar role, as he led a team of Homestead-Miami Speedway employees in the fight against hunger at Feeding South Florida food bank.
