Recap: Brad Keselowski scored his first career NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) win at Daytona International Speedway in the No. 2 Detroit Genuine Parts Ford Fusion on Saturday night.

After a costly miscue on a green flag pit stop early in the race, Ricky Stenhouse Jr. persevered to drive his Fifth Third Ford to a fifth-place finish in Saturday night’s Coke Zero 400 at Daytona International Speedway. Stenhouse is just 17 points shy of 16th place in the point standings.

Greg Biffle posted a qualifying lap speed of 192.955 MPH, earning himself the pole position for the Coke Zero 400 in his No. 16 Ford EcoBoost Ford. Biffle got shuffled back in the pack mid-race and just when he was making his move to the front “the big one” unfolded, collecting him and 21 other cars. Despite multiple pit stops for repairs, Biffle was able to earn an eighth-place finish.

It would have taken more than a Houdini act for Martin Truex Jr. to escape the 22-car melee Saturday night at Daytona International Speedway.

Once again, the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series July night race at Daytona International Speedway provided fireworks for the fans both on and off the track.

Trevor Bayne made a hard charge on the outside lane late in Saturday night’s Coke Zero 400 Sprint Cup race to power his way to an impressive third-place finish; leading three Roush Fenway Fords in the top eight at Daytona International Speedway. Ricky Stenhouse Jr. joined Bayne inside the field’s top-five with a fifth-place finish and Greg Biffle - who started on the pole and overcame getting caught up in a mid-race accident – finished eighth.

Camry driver Kyle Busch (second) was the top-finishing Toyota in Saturday night’s NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) race at Daytona International Speedway.

Brad Keselowski’s win today is his third NASCAR Sprint Cup Series victory of the season and 21st of his career.
