This week, the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series rolls into the Alabama roulette wheel that is known simply as Talladega Superspeedway for the 32nd race of the season, the fifth of the Chase and the final race of the Contender Round.

In celebration of historic accomplishments by the famous winged cars at Talladega Superspeedway 45 years ago, the track will host more than 75 of the special edition, bold vehicles during the “Aero Warrior Reunion” parade laps around the 2.66-mile mammoth track prior to the start of the CampingWorld.com 500 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race this Sunday, Oct. 25.

Justin Allgaier returns to Talladega Superspeedway (TSS) for his fourth NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) start at the 2.66-mile superspeedway this weekend. TSS is the last superspeedway race of the season for the NSCS.

JGR TOP-10s IN KANSAS: Three Camry drivers from Joe Gibbs Racing (JGR) recorded top-10 results in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) race at Kansas Speedway on Sunday – Denny Hamlin (second), Kyle Busch (fifth) and Carl Edwards (eighth). In the first five events of the 2015 Chase for the Sprint Cup championship, JGR drivers have tallied 14 top-10 finishes, including wins by Hamlin (Chicagoland Speedway) and Matt Kenseth (New Hampshire Motor Speedway). Camry driver Kenseth (14th) dominated much of the Kansas contest and led a race-high 153 laps (of 269), but finished in the middle of the field after contact from race-winner Joey Logano in the closing laps of the race.
