After taking the past two weeks off while NASCAR’s broadcast partner NBC focused on the Olympics, the Cup Series is back in action with Sunday evening’s Cook Out 400 at Richmond Raceway.

NASCAR Cup Series (NCS) and NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series (NCTS) will return to competition this weekend – taking on the .75-mile, D-shaped oval of Richmond Raceway.

Justin Haley, driver of the No. 51 Pinnacle Home Improvements Ford Mustang for Rick Ware Racing (RWR), will make his eighth NASCAR Cup Series start at the .75-mile Richmond (Va.) Raceway.

Kaulig Racing has made 11 NCS starts at Richmond Raceway, earning a best finish of 17th.
