Ryan Blaney, driver of the No. 12 Menards/Richmond Ford Mustang in the NASCAR Cup Series, is coming off his first top-five finish of the 2021 NASCAR Cup Series season last weekend at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

Chip Ganassi Racing (CGR) announced today that the Moose Fraternity (Moose) will join the organization as a primary partner on the No. 42 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 1LE, driven by Ross Chastain.

After an encouraging run at Las Vegas Motor Speedway last Sunday, Matt DiBenedetto and the No. 21 Motorcraft/Quick Lane team are headed to Phoenix Raceway hoping to build on two successful races on the desert track in 2020.

Phoenix – the site of the last pre-COVID event for the NASCAR circuit – hosts the NASCAR Cup Series this weekend for its annual spring slot. Jack Roush has 17 wins all-time at the 1-mile track, including seven in the NCS.

Three series take on Phoenix Raceway this weekend as the ARCA Menards Series West kicks off their season while the Cup and Xfinity Series visit the track where the championship trophy will be lifted at later this year.

You can't find a better jewel in the desert than the Phoenix Raceway. The 1 mile, tri-oval shaped track is always a popular visit on the NASCAR Cup Series schedule.

Newman makes his 37th Cup start at Phoenix this weekend, the site of his most recent NCS win four seasons ago. Overall, he has 12 top-10s, 10 top fives and an average finish of 16.9. He also won the 2010 spring race at the 1-mile track.

Buescher will line up for his 11th Cup event at Phoenix on Sunday, where he has a best finish of 16th (twice).

Kevin Harvick, driver of the No. 4 Mobil 1 Ford Mustang, has a track-record nine career NASCAR Cup Series wins at Phoenix Raceway. He was a guest today on the NASCAR Zoom call to talk about this weekend and other issues asked by members of the media.

This weekend will see Ford teams in the NASCAR Cup and NASCAR XFINITY Series head to Phoenix Raceway, where Joey Logano and Austin Cindric posted victories last season.
