Roush Fenway has made 88 NSCS starts at Indianapolis dating back to the inaugural event in 1994. In that timeframe, Roush Fenway has recorded 16 top-five finishes, 30 top-10 finishes, has an average finish of 17.7 and has completed 13,416 out of a possible 14,097 laps (95.2 percent).

There aren’t many tracks on the NASCAR XFINITY Series (NXS) circuit as historic as Indianapolis Motor Speedway, and driver Ray Black Jr. is honored to be making his first start at the 2.5-mile track during this Saturday’s Lilly Diabetes 250. The driver of the No. 07 ScubaLife.com Chevrolet Camaro, who is a fan of multiple types of racing, is looking forward to getting his chance to compete at a track where so many memorable moments have occurred.

Indianapolis Motor Speedway is hallowed ground, a fact that is not lost on Jeremy Clements, who returns to the Brickyard with RepairableVehicles.com and SDD, Signs & Displays Direct for the Lilly Diabetes 250.

“It’s pretty cool to get to race at Indianapolis. I’m really looking forward to seeing what we’ll have this weekend with our Ford Mustang. Hopefully come Sunday we will get to kiss some bricks and go to victory lane.”

Ryan Reed has competed at Indianapolis Motor Speedway (IMS) twice in the NASCAR XFINITY Series. In his 2014 rookie season, Reed finished 20th after starting 13th and suffering a mechanical issue near the end of the race. In this race last year, Reed finished 20th after starting 22nd.

Richard Childress Racing at Indianapolis Motor Speedway ... In 61 previous NASCAR Sprint Cup Series starts at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Richard Childress Racing has posted two pole awards (Kevin Harvick in 2003 and Jeff Burton in 2006), three wins (Dale Earnhardt in 1995, Harvick in 2003 and Paul Menard in 2011), 11 top-five and 24 top-10 finishes. RCR Chevrolets have also been atop the leaderboard for a total of 268 laps and with the exception of one, each entry has been running at the finish of every event at the Brickyard, dating back to the inaugural race in 1994.

It's an unspoken opinion among many NASCAR pundits and competitors: Alex Bowman is a talented, capable driver. Granted, there's been an absence of trophies in his record, with a 13th-place at Daytona in 2014 being his career-best finish. But with the right equipment, Bowman could very well pull off some strong performances.

NASCAR XFINITY Series (NXS) regular Ray Black Jr. secured his 10th Top-25 finish of the season this past weekend when he placed 21st in the AutoLotto 200 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. The driver of the No. 07 ScubaLife.com Chevrolet Camaro fought hard at the “Magic Mile,” having to race his way up from the back of the field and overcome a pit road miscue.

Bubba Wallace, driver of the No. 6 AutoLotto Ford Mustang, was battling for position inside the top 10 when contact following a Lap 173 restart knocked the Roush Fenway driver sideways, causing damage to the left-rear of the car.
