A native of Cedar Rapids, Cassill scored a 13th-place finish in Saturday night’s U.S. Cellular 250 Nationwide Series race at Iowa Speedway, completing a fine two-race run in his home state this season. In May, Cassill was 10th in the season’s first Nationwide event at the .875-mile track.
