NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) notes... James Buescher is having a career-year in his full-time pursuit for the NCWTS championship.

Ricky Carmichael will pilot Chassis TMS-311 from the Turner Motorsports NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) stable in Saturday’s WYPALL 200 Powered by Kimberly-Clark Professional at Phoenix International Raceway (PIR).

NASCAR has fined Kyle Busch $50,000 and placed him on NASCAR probation until Dec. 31 for his actions during the Nov. 4 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at Texas Motor Speedway.

Clint Bowyer and the No. 33 Kevin Harvick Inc. (KHI) team head west this week to Phoenix International Raceway for the 33rd race of the 2011 season. Elliott Sadler and the No. 2 OneMain Financial team return to Phoenix International Raceway for the second event of the season at the Avondale, Ariz., track. In the first race at Phoenix this season, Sadler fought a loose-handling car and battled back from one lap down to finish 12th.

Steve Wallace fought an ill-handling 5-Hour Energy Toyota in Saturday afternoon's O'Reilly Auto Parts Challenge at Texas Motor Speedway, but was able to persevere to record an 18th-place finish.
