Tracy Hines Tackles a Holiday Weekend Tripleheader

The Fourth of July Weekend is comprised of three days and Tracy Hines will spend all three at the racetrack. That's the way the veteran driver likes it. He'll compete with the Amsoil USAC National Sprint Car Series in Indiana, and the Honda USAC National Midget Series in Wisconsin.

Taylor Ferns to Compete in Three Races for the Fourth of July Holiday

There is no place Taylor Ferns would rather spend the Fourth of July and the days leading up to and after it, than at the race track. She will get plenty of laps this week as she competes in three 410-winged sprint car races in the state of Ohio. This comes on the heels of racing twice last week in the Buckeye State during Ohio Sprint Speedweek.

Dwayne Baker & Kevin Cornelius Feature Winners With Cornelius Crowned Biederman Memorial Champion

Night 1 defending Biederman Champion Dwayne Baker looked like he was ready to add his name to the trophy for a second time. After starting 3rd in the 50 lap feature event it took the #48 till lap 30 to wrestle the lead away from the #17 of Cornelius. The next 20 laps was all #48 up front to record his first feature win of 2014 and putting the pressure on the rest of the field to wrestle the overall championship away from him. Kevin Cornelious placed a strong 2nd.

Biederman Weekend See’s Two First Time Hanover Holiday Feature Winners

The start of the first 30 lap feature event saw the #47 of Brian McLean and #7 of Brent McLean lead the field to green. Both teams have suffered some bad luck in the past few weeks and both were looking to score their first victory of the 2014 season. Brian got the jump on Brent and lead for the first 3 laps of the event. Fourth starting #26 of Terry Baker quickly moved up from his fourth starting sport to take the lead on lap four.
