The 2012 season proved to be yet another successful year for Venturini Motorsports (VMS). Three wins, four poles, an unprecedented 38 Top-10 finishes along with ARCA’s Super Speedway Challenge title, further proved VMS’s strength in the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards.

A talented young winner in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series has been paired with a two-time Canadian champion, as Bill McAnally Racing brings a two-car effort to the UNOH Battle At The Beach at Daytona International Speedway on Feb. 18 and 19.

While many competitors in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) are gearing up for the 2013 race season, Justin Lofton decided to return to his racing roots and compete in the Best In The Desert (BITD) "Blue Water Resort and Casino Parker 425.

For the third year in a row, the massive race hauler that is the base of operations for all NASCAR Canadian Tire Series presented by Mobil 1 race events will be the core of the series’ display at the Canadian Motorsports Expo (CME). In a new twist for this year’s show, the hauler will be accompanied by eight of the series’ race cars. The show takes place February 8-10 at Toronto’s International Centre, across from Pearson Airport.

For the third year in a row, the Denny Hamlin Short Track Showdown is set to open the Spring race weekend at Richmond International Raceway. The race, which typically features a dozen NASCAR drivers and celebrities battling on the ¾-mile track with some of the best local Late Model Stock Car drivers, will serve as a fundraiser for the Denny Hamlin Cystic Fibrosis Research Lab at the Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU.
