Earlier today, IZOD IndyCar Series driver and 2013 Indianapolis 500 winner Tony Kanaan and KV Racing Technology co-owner Jimmy Vasser participated in an INDYCAR Conference Call to discuss the Grand Prix of Baltimore, which will be Kanaan's record-breaking 212th consecutive start.

With this being the first race for the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWT) at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park (CTMP), some drivers are trying to get the upper-hand and get some extra laps on the track versus their competition. The NASCAR Canadian Tire Series presented by Mobil 1 makes a second visit to the road course at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park near Bowmanville, Ont., for the first time this season. Practice and qualifying for the Pinty’s presents the Clarington 200 is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 31 and the race is set to be contested on Sunday, Sept. 1.
