While NASCAR Sprint Cup Series drivers are thinking about taking home the trophy for the GoBowling.com 400 on May 7, race fans will be rocking out to legendary rock icon Eddie Money’s “Take Me Home Tonight” prior to the race.

With all three of NASCAR’s national touring series set to descend on Atlanta Motor Speedway for the Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500 weekend just days from now, drivers looking ahead to the races have described AMS in many different ways. Fast, abrasive, slick, aged, fun, wild and even mean are just a handful of the adjectives that have been uttered by drivers about historic 1.54-mile race track. In a yearbook of race tracks, AMS might sweep the superlatives page for most character, most dramatic and certainly, most popular.

Great Clips, the world’s largest hair salon brand, will sponsor the Feb. 27 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at Atlanta Motor Speedway. The event will be named the Great Clips 200.

Actor Gerard Butler, star of the high-octane action thriller London Has Fallen that opens in theaters nationwide March 4, will serve as the Grand Marshal for the 58th annual DAYTONA 500 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race on Sunday, Feb. 21 at 1 p.m. at Daytona International Speedway (TV – FOX, FOX Deportes; Radio – MRN Radio, SiriusXM).

WWE Superstar and actor John Cena will serve as the Honorary Pace Car Driver for the 58th annual DAYTONA 500 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race on Sunday, Feb. 21 at 1 p.m. at Daytona International Speedway (TV – FOX, FOX Deportes; Radio – MRN Radio, SiriusXM). Cena will pace the 43-car field to the green flag in a Toyota Camry.

NASCAR’s new, low-downforce aerodynamic rules package for Sprint Cup Series cars will debut at the Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500 at Atlanta Motor Speedway on Feb. 28.

Warner Robins, Georgia native and Miss America 2016 – Betty Cantrell – will attend the Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Atlanta Motor Speedway on Sunday, Feb. 28 and present a special performance of “Georgia on my Mind” prior to the start of the race.

Daytona International Speedway announced the successful installment of Fifth Third Bank ATMs at the newly redeveloped Speedway this week. The seven ATMs have been strategically placed throughout the racing venue to accommodate the most fans. One ATM will be located in the tours building, and gates 2, 3 and 4 will each house two ATMs.
