FIFTH HARMONY TO PERFORM NATIONAL ANTHEM PRIOR TO SERVICE MASTER 200 AT PIR

Radio Disney's "N.B.T." (Next Big Thing) and Epic Records' Fifth Harmony will perform “The Star-Spangled Banner” live at Phoenix International Raceway prior to the ServiceMaster 200 NASCAR Nationwide Series Race (Saturday, Nov. 9, 2 p.m. MST), PIR President Bryan R. Sperber announced today. The group’s performance was arranged through a partnership between PIR, Radio Disney Phoenix and the NASCAR Entertainment Group.

NASCAR STARS PATRICK AND BOWYER TO MAKE APPEARANCES 11/10 AT PIR

Fans attending the AdvoCare 500 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race weekend at Phoenix International Raceway will be treated to hearing from some of NASCAR’s top drivers, including Danica Patrick and Clint Bowyer, prior to the action on the track.

SAFEWAY TO OPERATE ON-SITE GROCERY STORE AT PIR

Phoenix International Raceway President Bryan R. Sperber announced today that Safeway will operate an on-site grocery store in the camping area at the race track beginning this fall with PIR’s AdvoCare 500 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series weekend Nov. 8-10. The nation’s fourth-largest grocery chain, Safeway will be the official grocery partner of Phoenix International Raceway offering snacks and campground essentials.
