Jeb Burton and the No. 13 Estes team were confident entering Thursday night's UNOH 225 at Kentucky Speedway following two top-10 runs in the dual NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) practice sessions and a track-best third-place qualifying effort. Unfortunately, the ThorSport Racing driver wouldn't have the night he envisioned after getting loose entering Turn 3, ultimately tagging the wall. The resulting damage relegated the sophomore driver to a 27th-place finish in his second NCWTS start at the 1.5-mile oval.

Jimmy Weller and the No. 08 Geneva-Liberty Steel / Thunder Exhaust / Engine Parts Plus Chevrolet Silverado team finished 22nd on Thursday night at Kentucky Speedway. Experiencing an incident that acted as a setback during a mid-race restart, Weller worked on a different pit strategy than the leaders throughout the closing stages of the race. Forced to take a few gambles to regain lost ground, Weller and his SS Green Light Racing team could never catch the break they needed to rebound and instead finished in the 22nd position.

"Today was an up-and-down day for this Rheem Comfort Products team. We were just fighting a loose and tight truck all day and had to continue to work on it to make it better. This team never gives up and we managed to leave here with a top-10 finish.

"We struggled getting the truck handling like we needed it to. We tried a lot of things to get it off the race track, but it ended up being a frustrating night for our Nextant Aerospace/Curb Records team. Consistency has been the key to us staying in contention this season and ending with a top-10 isn't a bad thing."

In his first-career race at Kentucky Speedway, Ben Kennedy put forth a solid qualifying effort and fought hard for the duration of the UNOH 225, overcoming multiple handling challenges to bring home the No. 31 Turner Scott Motorsports Chevrolet Silverado in the 10th position.

Matt Crafton and the No. 88 Ideal Door/Menards team entered the eighth race on the 2014 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) schedule at Kentucky Speedway looking for redemption following a season-worst 26th-place finish at Gateway Motorsports Park in Madison, Ill. Crafton endured a "wicked loose" Toyota Tundra and a broken side skirt, which plagued the handling of the Menard's yellow machine in the opening laps.

In another dominating performance in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, Kyle Busch emerged victorious after a battle with the rough and tough Kentucky Speedway. He led most of the event and only surrendered the lead a few times to Brad Keselowski and Darrell Wallace Jr.

Ten races at 10 different tracks, all to determine the 16 drivers who will battle for one prize – the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series championship. That’s a lot of numbers. But there’s only one point: It’s an important time right now, and for those who remain winless, it’s vital.

Yes, momentum is on our side and we had a mess up on pit road in St. Louis and I stayed calm about it all. We come here calm about everything and saw what happened earlier before practice and it didn’t faze me one bit. We’re going to go take this race and finish -- that’s the only goal I have on this is to finish this race.

Over the past couple of years, Johnny Sauter has been fast at Kentucky Speedway in the Camping World Truck Series, but he has yet to reach victory lane. Sauter has come close on many occasions including a runner-up finish, and went from leading to in the garage with 20 laps to go due to a broken axle.
