James Buescher and his Exide Edge AGM team return to Iowa Speedway after making strides in cutting NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) Driver Point Standings leader Matt Crafton's point advantage in each of the last three weeks' events. Buescher sits second in points just 47 points out of first. Buescher and the Turner Scott Motorsports (TSM) team have shown some promise each time they have visited Iowa Speedway in the past, including earning a third-place finish the last time at the track.

The winner of Iowa Speedway's inaugural ARCA event in 2006, Steve Wallace (No. 97 Adrian Carriers / Liz Girl Logistics Chevrolet) will look to add to his Hawkeye State success this weekend, in Iowa Speedway's 200-lap event for the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series.

If any team is excited to return to Iowa Speedway it is the trio of drivers at the Red Horse Racing stable. John Wes Townley had his best showing in three starts at the 0.875-Mile tri-oval earlier this season. The No. 7 Zaxby's Toyota Tundra team qualified 14th and finished 12th. With notebooks full of information, Townley has a shot at capturing his highest career finish during the American Ethanol 200 on Sunday.

Going into the race, Joey Coulter was excited for the Chevrolet Silverado 250, having a blast, just looking for some more speed.

The final lap of the Chevrolet Silverado 250 was filled with drama as Chase Elliott would wreck Ty Dillon in turn 10 to take the victory.

James Buescher stayed true to his word. He said as he continued to lay down laps, he would continue to get faster. That played true in qualifying as the defending truck series champion laid down a lap of 81.074 seconds to score the pole for the Chevrolet Silverado 250 at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park.

In the final practice for the Chevrolet Silverado 250, it'd be 17-year-old Chase Elliott would top the charts with a lap of 81.045 seconds.

For the first time this weekend, someone other than Mike Skeen topped the speed charts at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park as Chase Elliott was quickest this morning. Elliott laid down a lap of 81.063 seconds behind the wheel of his No. 94 Aaron's Dream Machine/Hendrickcars.com Chevrolet Silverado.

Johnny Sauter and Matt Crafton and their ThorSport Racing teams sparingly used 4.5 hours of practice Friday for the inaugural NASCAR Camping World Truck Series event at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park and ended the day definitely knowing one thing: They needed more speed.
