Rookie Ross Chastain and the SS Green Light Racing team has had a very impressive first two-thirds of the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series 2012 season. The teen from Alva, FL has shown maturity both on and off the racetrack well beyond his age of nineteen while the team has made the most of the resources available to them including three top-ten finishes and an impressive third place run last month at Bristol.

One of the longest and most successful partnerships in NASCAR history continued to grow today with the announcement that Goody’s® Powder will return to Martinsville Speedway in 2013 as the sponsor of the fall Sprint Cup race.

Jason White on Kentucky: “I love that we get to go back to Kentucky for a second race. The track has a lot of character with the various bumps around it. It puts pressure on us to get a good set-up under the truck and then it is up to me to get the most out of it I can. All of the unique elements of the track really make it challenging but also fun at the same time.”

Camry driver Kyle Busch claimed a fourth-place result in Sunday's NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) race at Chicagoland Speedway, and his Joe Gibbs Racing (JGR) teammate Joey Logano crossed the finish line seventh. 'Chase for the Sprint Cup' contenders Martin Truex Jr. (ninth) and Clint Bowyer (10th) also earned top-10 finishes, while Denny Hamlin posted a 16th-place showing on the 1.5-mile track. In Saturday's NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) race in Chicago, both Busch (second) and pole-winner Logano (10th) claimed top-10 results in the 200th NNS event for the Toyota Camry.

Third time's the charm at Kentucky... Cale Gale will make his third NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) start at Kentucky Speedway this weekend. In their last visit to the 1.5-mile track, Gale and the No. 33 Rheem team had a fast Chevrolet and a strong run going, but a late-race accident resulted in a 25th-place finish for the Sunoco Rookie of the Year contender.

The 2013 NASCAR Sprint Cup schedule at Martinsville Speedway will have a familiar look with its traditional NASCAR Sprint Cup dates returning.

This Week's Zaxby's Toyota Tundra ... John Wes Townley will pilot RAB Racing Chassis No. 54 in Friday night's Kentucky 201 at Kentucky Speedway. This chassis last saw action at Atlanta Motor Speedway, where the 22-year-old driver brought home a 19th-place finish.
