CARVANA, JIMMIE JOHNSON, AND SHAQUILLE O’NEAL SETTLE THE SCORE WITH ONE-OF-A-KIND PAINT SCHEME FOR DAYTONA

Carvana Brings Shaq’s Vision to Life on Jimmie Johnson’s No. 84 Toyota

PHOENIX / STATESVILLE, N.C. – (Feb. 7, 2024) – What happens when a seven-time NASCAR champ and a basketball Hall of Famer settle their playful online banter with a friendly wager? In this case, one of them gets to “dress” the other for Daytona. Carvana, an industry pioneer for buying and selling used cars online, has brought together Jimmie Johnson and Shaquille O’Neal in the best way possible—by helping Shaq settle the score with his own custom paint scheme for Johnson’s No.84 Toyota.

The design, inspired by O’Neal’s basketball career, was unveiled at Shaq’s Fun House in New Orleans on February 7 and will debut during qualifying for the DAYTONA 500 on February 12.

“Jimmie and I had a ton of fun putting this together,” said O’Neal. “The car looks amazing, and I can’t wait to see him tear up the track next Sunday. Lucky for him, he’s got a better shot at victory lane than at the free-throw line!”

Shaq’s take on the No. 84 Toyota draws inspiration from his classic 1990s uniform, complete with signature pinstripes, a sleek colorway, and the iconic “Dunkman” logo taking center stage on the hood of the car. If there was any doubt about who won this round, one look at the car makes it crystal clear.

“I figured our little feud would stay online, but next thing I know, Shaq’s challenging me to a free throw contest and calling the shots on my paint scheme,” said Jimmie Johnson, seven-time NASCAR Cup Series champion and co-owner of LEGACY MOTOR CLUB. “I have to admit—he’s got style. It’s bold, it’s iconic, and I can’t wait to take it to the track.”

“Jimmie and Shaq are two of the most legendary athletes in their sports, and when they started going back and forth, we knew something fun had to come out of it,” said Ryan Keeton, Carvana co-founder and Chief Brand Officer. “By blending the worlds of basketball and NASCAR, we’re bringing together two high-energy arenas and two iconic athletes to create something truly unforgettable for fans of both sports.”

Fans can catch Shaq and Johnson’s No. 84 Toyota in action for the first time on February 16, 2025, at Daytona International Speedway. The race is set to broadcast on FOX at 2:30 p.m. ET. For an exclusive first look at the new design and for highlights from the race, follow Carvana Racing on Instagram and X.

Christopher Bell Is ‘Outrageously Dependable’

Perennial NASCAR Cup Series Championship Contender and Driver of the No. 20 Interstate Batteries Toyota is Charged Up for Season-Opening Daytona 500

HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. (Feb. 7, 2025) – The easiest pre-season NASCAR Cup Series prognostication is that Christopher Bell will win races and contend for the championship. With victories in each of his last four seasons and subsequent playoff appearances, the Joe Gibbs Racing driver is proving to be outrageously dependable, just like his co-primary partner for the Daytona 500, Interstate Batteries.

Bell made it to the Championship 4 in back-to-back seasons in 2022 and 2023 and, arguably, should have been in the Championship 4 a third straight time last year if not for a controversial call in the penultimate race at Martinsville (Va.) Speedway.

Bell originally finished 18th at Martinsville, but NASCAR deemed his contact with the wall in the final turn of the 500-lap race a violation. Officials penalized Bell and put him on the tail end of the lap he was on, which dropped him four positions and out of the transfer spot to advance to the Championship 4 and fight for a title in the season finale six days later at Phoenix Raceway.

“That’s forever going to be a sore spot for me, but I’m past it and moving on,” said Bell as he gears up for the season-opening Daytona 500 Feb. 16 at Daytona (Fla.) International Speedway. “Just looking back at last year, it was a season-best for me in pretty much every statistic, and we left a lot on the table. I know myself and Adam (Stevens, crew chief), we’re excited about what’s to come because we know there’s more we can do in a NASCAR Cup Series season. So yeah, we’ve got a lot left on the table that we’re going to try and clean up this year.”

Bell won three races, scored three poles, earned 15 top-five and 23 top-10 finishes, and led 1,145 laps in 2024. He tied his season-high win count from 2022, and his top-five and top-10 tallies were new career highs, as was his laps-led total. In fact, Bell’s 15 top-10s were tied with Kyle Larson for the most in 2024, while Bell’s 23 top-10s led the series. Bell and Larson were the only drivers to lead more than a thousand laps.

“I have a great team behind me and, in this sport, you’re literally only as good as the car you sit in and only as good as the people who work on it. I have an amazing crew chief, I’ve got great mechanics, great engineers, and we’ve got a great pit crew to go with it. Together, it’s outrageously dependable,” Bell said.

That dependability was on full display last November at Phoenix where Bell, despite being unable to run for the championship, looked every bit the championship contender, leading three times for a race-high 143 laps before finishing fifth.

“I mean, I just really wanted to stick it in their face and win that race,” said Bell about his bittersweet drive at Phoenix. “You learn from every moment, every race, and we knew that going into Phoenix we’d be really strong because it’s been a really good track for us the last several times. In the spring, we had an amazing race, so we expected to be fast and we were. It just kind of got away from us a little bit at the end of the race.

“Just trying to take everything and improve on it. It’s a learning experience for myself and, hopefully, we can come back stronger.”

An even stronger Bell in 2025? Just the slightest uptick would make the 30-year-old racer from Norman, Oklahoma, a Daytona 500 favorite. In three of his last four NASCAR Cup Series races at Daytona, Bell has finished third, a run that includes the past two Daytona 500s where Bell led 42 of the 412 laps available (10.2 percent).

“I’ve figured out the trick to Daytona. It’s missing the wrecks,” said Bell with a grin. “We’ve been really fortunate the last couple of times going there to miss the wrecks, and it’s led to some really good finishes. There’s a lot of fortune that goes into that and we’ve come out on the good side of it the last couple of times and, hopefully, we can continue that.”

Adaptability augments Bell’s dependability. He has won in all four of NASCAR’s top touring series – Cup, Xfinity, Craftsman Truck and ARCA – collecting 38 victories (nine in Cup, 19 in Xfinity, seven in Craftsman Truck and three in ARCA). His winning ways began in USAC, where its top-three national touring divisions – Midget, Sprint and Silver Crown – campaign three very different types of racecars on a variety of tracks that include both asphalt and dirt.

“Dirt racing, for sure, gives you versatility, and you have to be versatile to be successful at it. You have to be good at adapting to ever-changing track conditions and the conditions the cars throw your way,” said Bell, who racked up 29 career USAC wins, along with the 2013 National Midget title. “That’s something I grew up with, just racing different disciplines, different styles of cars, and I think that’s translated to my NASCAR career, just being able to not get set in your ways, and racing with an open mind and knowing that sometimes different lanes are going to open up. You use different driving styles and techniques, and I do think that comes from my background.”

It is Bell’s diverse background that has made him a consistent force in NASCAR.

“Dependable in battery form is just always being there when you need it, and I think that’s the same thing with being a good driver,” Bell said. “You just need to always be there and, even if you’re having a bad day, be able to make the most out of your bad day to get the best finish possible.

“That’s something that had been a weakness for me, but I think that’s every young driver’s weakness when they come into the sport. It’s easy to do whenever your car’s fast and everything’s going your way, but the days where the odds are stacked against you, that’s when the veterans typically show out and get the most out of it.

“That’s a huge improvement we’ve made as a team, and I’ve made over the course of my five-year Cup tenure. It’s something we’re always working on and, if we improve just two more spots from where we’ve been at Daytona recently, we’ll be right where we want to be.”

The road to Daytona’s victory lane begins with Daytona 500 qualifying at 8 p.m. ET on Wednesday, Feb. 12 with live coverage on FS1 and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio. Only the top-two positions will be locked into the Great American Race. The rest of the field will earn their respective starting positions in the Duel – twin 150-mile heat races that set the rest of the Daytona 500 field. The Duel gets underway at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 13 with live coverage on FS1 and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio. Daytona Speedweek then culminates with the Daytona 500 at 2:30 p.m. on Feb. 16 with live coverage provided by FOX and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.

TICKETS ON SALE FOR 2025 VIRGINIA NHRA NATIONALS, WHICH INCLUDES 3 SATURDAY QUALIFYING SESSIONS

DINWIDDIE, Va. (Feb. 6, 2025) – After a successful two-day professional event last season, that format will return to Virginia Motorsports Park in 2025 for the fifth annual Virginia NHRA Nationals, which takes place June 20-22 at the standout facility.

A year ago, competitors in the NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series made three qualifying sessions on Saturday as part of the two-day professional race, with eliminations following on Sunday. That format was a hit with both the race teams and fans, and will return for the highly-anticipated 2025 event. Tickets are currently on sale for the Virginia NHRA Nationals, which is the ninth of 20 races this season.

The two-day format gives fans the chance to see three qualifying sessions in one day, giving them a memorable chance to see a full day of 330-mph, 11,000-horsepower action, plus the Mission #2Fast2Tasty Challenge bonus race during the last two sessions of the day.

That leads into eliminations, where drivers in Top Fuel, Funny Car and Pro Stock Motorcycle will attempt to win a mid-season Wally at one of the quickest tracks on the NHRA tour. Competitors in the Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series will race on Friday, June 20 at VMP, leading into the two-day extravaganza in the Mission Foods Drag Racing Series.

Last season, Doug Kalitta (Top Fuel), Austin Prock (Funny Car) and Gaige Herrera (Pro Stock Motorcycle) all won in Richmond. This year’s event will again be broadcast on FS1, including eliminations coverage beginning at 4 p.m. ET on Sunday, June 22.

Prock’s Richmond win is one the John Force Racing camp will soon not forget. John Force, the legendary 16-time champ and NHRA all-time wins leader, suffered a season-ending crash on race day in Richmond. Prock, who was leading the points, went on to win the event over Bob Tasca III and then claimed his first NHRA Funny Car world championship to end the year. This season the Funny Car field hopes to end Prock’s dominance in category. Tasca, along with former champs Matt Hagan, Ron Capps, J.R. Todd and Jack Beckman, who is driving for Force, have their sights set on a win at Virginia Motorsports Park.

Kalitta earned his second Virginia NHRA Nationals win last season when he defeated his teammate Shawn Langdon in an all-Kalitta Motorsports final round. Kalitta earned three event wins last season and went onto finish runner-up in the final points standings, a year after winning his first career world title in 2023. Claiming the world championship was Antron Brown, thanks to his six wins in 2024. Other Top Fuel drivers to watch this season will be Justin Ashley, Brittany Force, Steve Torrence, motorsports legend Tony Stewart and Clay Millican.

Last season was another banner year for Pro Stock Motorcycle standout Herrera. With his race win over his Vance & Hines teammate Richard Gadson in Virginia, Herrera broke a 45-year record for most consecutive race wins. His 10th straight race win surpassed the record previously held by NHRA legend Bob Glidden. Herrera continued his dominance through the rest of the season, earning 10 race wins and his second consecutive world championship. Other standouts in the two-wheeled category include Matt and Angie Smith, Chase Van Sant, Hector Arana Jr. and Jianna Evaristo.

Along with action in the NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series, fans can also enjoy racing in the Congruity NHRA Pro Mod Drag Racing Series, NHRA Holley EFI Factory X and Pingel Top Fuel Motorcycle, providing a full weekend of non-stop entertainment. A full event schedule will be released in the coming weeks.

Langdon claimed his first Amalie Motor Oil NHRA Gatornationals win when he defeated Billy Torrence. Langdon, a former Top Fuel and Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series champion, went on to collect another win in Phoenix and finished fourth in the loaded Top Fuel standings. Brown finished as the world champion for the fourth time in his career, while other stars include Doug Kalitta, Brittany Force, Justin Ashley, Clay Millican, Tony Stewart and local native Josh Hart.

Todd, a former Funny Car world champion, earned his second Gatornationals win when he took out Funny Car newcomer Austin Prock in the final round. Prock quickly recovered and picked up eight race wins and ultimately the Funny Car championship in a dominant season for John Force Racing. Other stars to watch will be Jack Beckman, who will be racing for John Force in 2025, Matt Hagan, Ron Capps and Bob Tasca III as they all put their 11,000-horsepower machines to the test in Gainesville.

Enders, the winningest female in motorsports, was pleased to earn her first Amalie Motor Oil NHRA Gatornationals win last season, but the remainder of her season did not go the way she had planned. The six-time champ went on to earn three runner-up finishes throughout the season and finished fourth in points. Taking the top spot and overall championship was her long-time rival, Greg Anderson. With six Gainesville wins and now six championships to his name, Anderson will look to take on the other stars like Dallas Glenn and Aaron Stanfield in the Pro Stock ranks.

Herrera, the reigning back-to-back champion, has been undeniably dominant within the Pro Stock Motorcycle class. He raced to his second straight Gatornationals win last season when he defeated the six-time champion and rival Matt Smith. Smith also saw success in 2024 thanks to his three wins and six No. 1 qualifier positions. Herrera and Smith battled throughout the season, while others to watch include Chase Van Sant, Hector Arana Jr., Angie Smith, Jianna Evaristo and Richard Gadson.

The Amalie Motor Oil NHRA Gatornationals will also see the season debut in the highly competitive Congruity NHRA Pro Mod Drag Racing Series and the Flexjet NHRA Factory Stock Showdown class, as well as a full slate of sportsman classes in the Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series, which features some of the sport’s top drivers.

Before the race, fans will again be invited to a special “Gatornationals Kickoff Party and Fanfest” at Josh Hart’s Burnyzz Speedshop in Ocala. In what’s become an exciting pre-event tradition, the event will take place from 6-9 p.m. on Wednesday, March 5. The fun-filled kickoff event will include driver appearances and autographs from 7-8 p.m. at the massive facility and much more.

Race fans at Gainesville Raceway can enjoy the special pre-race ceremonies that introduce and celebrate each of the drivers racing for the prestigious Wally on Sunday and includes the fan favorite SealMaster Track Walk, which benefits the Darrell Gwynn Foundation in Gainesville. The final can’t-miss experience of any NHRA event is the winner’s circle celebration on Sunday after racing concludes, where fans are invited to congratulate the event winners of the season-opener.

The Nitro Alley Stage is a huge attraction all weekend and is the main entertainment hub in the pits when the Mission Foods Drag Racing Series competitors are not on the track, hosting Nitro School, NHRA Insider Live, meet and greets and much more. Before the first round of eliminations on Sunday, fans can enjoy a C-17 flyover from the Mississippi Air National Guard’s 172nd Airlift Wing.

As always, fans get a pit pass to the most powerful and sensory-filled motorsports attraction on the planet. Fans can see their favorite teams in action and servicing their cars, get autographs from their favorite drivers and more. Risky Roads on the East Coast of the US: Five Dangerous Intersections and Highways

Photo by Aaron Doucett on Unsplash

When we think of traveling to the states of the East Coast, we think of scenic beauty, vibrant cultures and cities, and its interconnected highway structures. However, despite its allure, the East Coast is more dangerous than it appears, hosting many roads with a staggeringly high accident rate.

In this article, we highlight some of the riskiest roads on the East Coast, helping you stay vigilant and prepared while driving through these high-risk areas.

Unfortunately, even the most cautious drivers can find themselves in an accident. Florida, for instance, experiences heavy traffic and frequent crashes, making legal assistance crucial for those involved. If you ever find yourself in such a situation, consulting a Florida car accident lawyer can help you navigate the complexities of insurance claims and liability.

Now, let’s take a closer look at the most dangerous roads in Florida so you can be well-prepared before your next trip to this state.

Interstate 95

Interstate 95 (I-95) is an extensive highway that stretches from Maine to Miami, Florida. Due to its connections to Jacksonville and Washington, D.C., it is one of the busiest roads and is also subject to various weather conditions. This road density, alongside the unpredictable weather conditions, which can include torrential rain, snowfall, and ice, makes it easily the most dangerous place to drive.

I-95 Statistics

  • Total Accidents: Nearly 50,000 accidents per year, including both fatal and non-fatal.
  • Fatalities: 284 in 2019.
  • Main Contributing Factors: Extremely heavy traffic, weather, and high volume of semi-trucks. Dense urban populations (Miami, D.C., etc.) result in significant rear-end collisions during rush hour.

Florida’s Turnpike

The Florida Turnpike is a long stretch of toll roads running from Miami to the Georgia border. This road is known for its high-speed limits and drivers who are prone to aggressive behaviors. While the road is well maintained, it is subject to density and weather effects, such as fog, that contribute to the number of car accidents.

Exit 140 on Interstate 81 (I-81)

While I-81 is its own beast regarding car accidents, this specific exit is prone to a significant number of them. Located near Roanoke, Virginia, this intersection is prone to dangerous weather conditions and traffic density.

This intersection has around 12 fatal crashes and over 500 non-fatal accidents annually. The main contributing factors are its poor visibility, high volume of semi-trucks, and frequent sudden slowdowns. VDOT has been working on this specific intersection to alleviate the issues since 2016.

Route 301

While not as widely known as I-95 or I-81, route 301 runs through many southeastern states, including Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas. It is long and passes through many rural areas where drivers may not be as vigilant.

Accident statistics will be like those of I-95 but diminished due to its lower popularity. However, due to the large number of intersections on the road, such as US 41 in Sarasota, Florida, or US 280 in Claxton, Georgia, small accidents can be a common occurrence. The main causes of collisions are improper signaling, high speeds, and weather conditions.

US Route 1 and US Route 9 Intersection (East Windsor, New Jersey)

Similarly, exit 140 on I-80 this intersection is notorious for its high collision rate. Annually this intersection sees around 200 per year, including both fatal and non-fatal, and includes a short list of fatal pedestrian-related accidents.

The main contributors to this intersection’s danger are its congestion, improperly maintained signage and markers, and proximity to foot-traffic areas such as shopping centers and residential neighborhoods.

Conclusion

Whether driving in a densely populated area such as Florida or a rural road in Virginia, the risk of car accidents on the East Coast is ever-present. If you find yourself on any of the highways or intersections listed in this article, remember to be extra vigilant unless you plan on seeking a car accident lawyer soon.

Remember to obey traffic laws and practice defensive driving every day. These are the best ways to keep yourself and others safe while driving.

Why You Should Buy Instagram Likes?

In the fast-paced world of social media, standing out can feel like an uphill battle. With millions of users vying for attention on platforms like Instagram, gaining visibility is crucial. One powerful tool that many are leveraging to enhance their online presence is buying likes. It might sound unconventional, but there’s a method to this madness. Imagine posting a stunning photo or sharing your creativity with the world and watching it get lost in a sea of content. Now imagine if those likes started pouring in suddenly, more eyes are on your posts, creating a ripple effect that amplifies your reach. Buying Instagram likes isn’t just about numbers; it’s about establishing credibility and sparking genuine engagement from followers who may have otherwise overlooked you.

Reasons to Buy Instagram Likes

One compelling reason to buy Instagram likes is its immediate boost to your content. When you see a post with numerous likes, it naturally attracts more attention. This snowball effect can significantly increase visibility. Another key point is social proof. People tend to trust content that has garnered a lot of engagement. By purchasing likes, you’re enhancing the perceived value of your posts, making them appear more credible and popular. Additionally, in today’s competitive landscape, standing out is crucial. Buying likes helps level the playing field for those just starting or struggling to gain traction organically.

Moreover, increased likes often lead to improved organic reach within the platform’s algorithm. When your posts accumulate more interactions, they are prioritized in users’ feeds and explore pages. Investing in Instagram likes can serve as a strategic move for influencers and brands looking to enhance their marketing efforts quickly.

Understanding the Impact of Likes

Likes on Instagram serve as a form of social validation. When users see posts with numerous likes, it signals popularity and relevance. This creates an immediate impression that the content is worth engaging with. The algorithm also plays a crucial role in how likes impact visibility. Posts that receive more likes are often prioritized in feeds, making them more likely to be seen by others. This engagement can lead to increased organic reach over time. Moreover, the psychological effect cannot be ignored. Users are naturally drawn to what others find appealing.

A post with high like counts can spark curiosity and encourage new followers to check out your profile. Understanding this dynamic is key for anyone looking to elevate their presence on Instagram. By leveraging likes effectively, you position yourself not just as another user but as someone who stands out in a crowded digital landscape.

Boosting Online Presence Quickly

Starting a solid online presence is crucial in today’s fast-paced cardinal world. When you buy Instagram likes, you create an immediate impact on your profile. The surge in numbers can attract more eyeballs to your content. Users are naturally drawn to profiles with visible engagement. Higher like counts often translate into increased visibility in users’ feeds and suggestions. This means that buying likes isn’t just about numbers; it’s about creating opportunities.

Your content gains traction faster when backed by impressive statistics. More likes lead to higher chances of shares and comments, expanding your reach further than organic methods alone could achieve. This rapid boost can put you ahead of competitors who may still be struggling for attention. It transforms not only how others see your account but also how the Instagram algorithm favors you over time!

Enhancing Perceived Popularity and Credibility

When you buy Instagram followers and likes, the immediate effect is increased perceived popularity. A post with a high like count draws attention. New visitors often equate more likes with higher-quality content. This social proof can significantly enhance your credibility. Users are likely to trust accounts that appear popular over those that don’t have many likes. It creates a sense of belonging and encourages others to engage. Moreover, businesses benefit immensely from this boost in credibility. Potential customers tend to trust brands that showcase popularity through engagement metrics. They feel more comfortable purchasing or following the brand on social media when they see a robust like count. In essence, enhancing perceived popularity is not just about numbers; it’s about fostering trust and creating lasting connections within the online community.

Improving Engagement and Reach

Likes on Instagram serve as a crucial indicator of engagement. When you buy Instagram likes, you’re not just boosting numbers but sparking interest. A higher like count can attract organic followers who are curious about your content. As more users engage with your posts, the algorithm takes notice. It starts favoring your content, increasing visibility in feeds, and exploring pages. Those who don’t follow you could discover your profile through their friends’ interactions. Engagement doesn’t stop at likes; it often leads to comments and shares. Once people see that others appreciate what you post, they’re more likely to join in the conversation or share it themselves. This ripple effect amplifies your reach significantly. The more eyes on your content, the more significant opportunities for interaction and building a community around your brand or message.

Choosing a Reliable Service for Likes

When considering how to buy Instagram likes, the choice of service matters significantly. Not all providers are created equal; some deliver genuine engagement, while others may offer fake or bot-generated interactions. Research is key. Look for services with positive reviews and testimonials from real users. A reputable provider should have transparent pricing and clear terms of service. Check their customer support options, too. Reliable companies will be available to address any concerns during the buying process.

Additionally, consider their delivery speed. A good service should provide likes promptly without overwhelming your account in a way that raises suspicion. Don’t forget about security measures as well. Ensure they prioritize user privacy and use secure payment methods to protect your information while you’re investing in growth on this popular platform.

How to Buy Instagram Likes Safely

When considering how to buy Instagram likes safely, start by researching reputable providers. Appearance for facilities with confident reviews and a solid way record.

Next, avoid suspicious offers that seem too good to be true. If the pricing is unusually low or if they promise instant results without any details, it’s best to steer clear. Always check the payment methods available on the site. Secure payment options add an extra layer of safety. Once you find a trustworthy provider, consider starting with a small package first. This allows you to gauge quality before investing more significantly. Maintain your organic growth alongside purchased likes. Genuine content will still attract real followers who engage authentically with your profile over time.

Maximizing the Impact of Purchased Likes

To truly make the most of your purchased Instagram likes, it’s essential to complement them with engaging content. High-quality posts attract organic interaction and keep your audience interested. Timing also plays a critical role. Publish during peak hours when your target audience is most active to maximize visibility. This ensures that those likes aren’t just numbers but springboards for further engagement. Responding promptly can create a sense of community, encouraging more authentic interactions down the line. Utilize Instagram Stories and Reels alongside regular posts. These features enhance visibility and offer fresh ways to connect with followers while leveraging the initial boost from purchased likes. Monitor analytics closely. Understanding which types of content perform best will help you refine future strategies and maintain momentum beyond initial likes purchases.

Conclusion

When considering the dynamics of social media, it’s evident that likes play a crucial role in shaping perceptions. The benefits of buying Instagram likes can significantly alter your online experience. Investing in this strategy can boost your visibility and stand out among competitors. A reliable service ensures that purchased likes are genuine and beneficial. Followerzoid.com offers a secure platform to buy Instagram likes quickly to elevate your profile’s credibility.

Navigating the world of social media can be challenging, but with the right approach and tools, achieving success becomes attainable. Whether you want to enhance engagement or improve reach, understanding how to buy Instagram likes safely will set you on the growth path. Your journey on Instagram doesn’t have to be solitary. With strategic investments like purchasing likes, you open doors to new possibilities and connections within the vibrant community that thrives on this platform. Embrace these opportunities for an enriched Instagram presence today!

Niece Motorsports Kicks Off 10th Season Celebration

Organization to Roll-Out New Team Logo, Social Media Campaign, and Merchandise Program.

Salisbury, NC (Feb. 6, 2025) – This year marks a significant milestone for Niece Motorsports as it plans to enter its 10th season competing in the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series.

The team was founded by United States Marine Corps Veteran, Al Niece, in 2016, and has seen considerable success in the years since.

Niece, born in 1945 in LaPorte, Indiana, enlisted in the service in 1967 after graduating high school. While serving, Niece was deployed to Vietnam with the 3rd Marine Division, Lima Co. 3rd Marine Regiment – where he earned the rank of Sergeant.

Upon his return from the service, Niece laid the groundwork for what would become his first company, Niece Equipment, in Austin, Texas.

Beginning in 1978, and through the decades that followed, Niece Equipment began to grow its manufacturing capabilities producing water equipment, fuel and lube trucks, and other specialized forms of machinery used in mining. The company later expanded its operations to include sister companies, Niemco and Niece Products of Kansas.

Today, Niece Equipment is known as a juggernaut in the machining industry, with three plants based in Fort Worth & Buda, Texas, and Fort Scott, Kansas.

It was a fascination with fast cars and durable trucks from a young age that prompted Niece to enter the racing world.

Originating from its humble beginnings as a one-truck team, housed out of a rented garage with one bay, and only three employees, Niece Motorsports made its first NCTS start at Texas Motor Speedway on November 4, 2016.

From there, the team was off and running. In 2017, Niece embarked on its first full-time schedule, and in the year that followed, expanded to two entries, later growing to three full-time teams beginning in 2019.

On May 10, 2019, the team captured its first victory with Ross Chastain at Kansas Speedway. That year, the team went on to compete for the series title in just its third full-time attempt, winning three races and qualifying for the Championship 4.

Having made the Playoffs for five seasons, Niece Motorsports trucks have visited victory lane on nine occasions – all at different tracks. In 2023, the team once again qualified for the Championship 4 after winning its season-record of four races with Carson Hocevar.

Now, having made 525 combined starts by 50 drivers, the team has eclipsed milestones including 50 top-fives and over 100 top-10 finishes in a decade. Niece Motorsports is now the third longest-tenured, active team competing in the series, employing nearly 80 mechanics, fabricators, and marketing staff.

Since its inception, the team has continued its theory of growth through a way of disruption. It is one of the lone Truck Series operations that produces every aspect of the truck in-house, including the manufacturing of its own chassis and bodies, to the training of its pit crews – everything is managed internally through its 80,000 square foot home base located in Salisbury, North Carolina.

As the 2025 season commences, the team will fondly look back on memorable moments throughout the years that helped shape it into what it is today, beginning with the introduction of a special logo to be used across the board.

On the team’s social media handles, the “10 Seasons Celebration” campaign will delve into storytelling of the team’s inception, highlighting 10 individuals who were instrumental in its growth, and share appreciation for every fan, partner, driver, and employee that have helped build the company.

Commemorative merchandise will be available for purchase through the team’s online store, with a special 10-year anniversary hat available now. Additional anniversary merchandise will drop throughout the season.

“Being a part of Niece Motorsports over the past 10 seasons has been so much more than a job,” said Cody Efaw, General Manager. “It’s been an opportunity for myself to grow as a person, leader, manager, and as a pupil in the business world. Al Niece has become so much more to me than just a boss. He has afforded me the opportunity to direct and lead an amazing business. Al has had my back through great times and bad times. We have spent almost every day over the past 10 years talking on the phone. He has always taken the time to share stories of his past business experience and use them as teaching moments for myself. The amount of respect I have for him is second to none. He has been a man that has kept his word and has always pushed forward. He has altered the course of my life and the knowledge I have gained from him, I will use for the rest of my life.”

“Running NMS has been my life day and night for the past 10 years. I am beyond thankful for all the men and women who have carried the Niece namesake, for all the amazing partners that I have had the chance to work with, and the many friendships/family relationships that have been built because of NMS. We all do this because we want to win and be competitive, however, when I look back, it’s not the wins that stick out. For me, it’s the Niece family I have gained, the daily challenges I learned to embrace, and the obstacles we overcame together that I cherish the most. I look forward to the future with NMS and still look back in amazement of how far we have come!”

Looking forward to the season ahead, Niece Motorsports will field four trucks vying for success. The No. 41, 42, 44, and 45 teams will proudly represent Al Niece’s commitment to his country and the sport he loves.

Next week, the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series season begins at Daytona International Speedway on Friday, February 14. Live coverage of the Fresh From Florida 250 will air on FOX Sports 1, Motor Racing Network, and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio at 7:30 PM ET.
