·         Pastrana at Atlanta
o   Travis Pastrana has one previous start at Atlanta Motor Speedway.  Last season he started 16th and ran strong, leading his first laps in NASCAR competition, but finished 26th after contact with the wall, with 26 laps remaining.

·         The Car
o   Chassis RK-787 will hit the track for the third time this season.  This chassis previously raced at Texas Motor Speedway and Michigan International Speedway, finishing 33rd and 17th, respectively.

·         Recapping Bristol
o   Pastrana and the No. 60 team qualified 11th for a Friday night race under the lights at the “World’s Fastest Half-Mile”.  Pastrana and the No. 60 Ford Mustang had a solid outing, crossing the finish line in 13th.

o   He remains 14th in the NNS point standings.

Pastrana on racing at Atlanta:

“Atlanta is my favorite track on the circuit.  I’ve only raced there one time, but I led my first laps there.  I really enjoy the older and rougher tracks that wear out tires quickly.  It’s a lot of fun to slide the cars around, and this is one of the only tracks you can do this and not lose time at 180 mph.”
