NASCAR Statement Regarding Kurt Busch

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (March 5, 2015) – “NASCAR is aware of the Delaware Department of Justice announcement today regarding driver Kurt Busch. As we disclosed Monday, he has accepted the terms and conditions of a reinstatement program and is actively participating in the program. Kurt Busch’s eligibility for reinstatement will continue to be governed by that program and the NASCAR Rule Book, though the elimination of the possibility of criminal charges certainly removes a significant impediment to his reinstatement.”

  1. This kind of stuff makes a person want to throw-up every time they think of NA$CAR and their policies. First, they threw Kurt under the bus when they only went on a statement of a fickle female. Now they say they take what was said in a hearing, which provided no proof.
    They are intruding on people’s lives. Next they will be having “House Police.” What is that, you ask? Every Tuesday morning they will send noisy NA$CAR employees to drivers house to ask the kids if “daddy hits mommy” or ask the neighbors if the driver spits on the sidewalk.

    Butt out of people’s live NA$CAR. You are losing face and the other end is starting to show.
