SETTING THE SOCIAL SCENE

@BrennanPoole on Racing in Dover: Who is pumped about Dover this weekend? I know I am! Can’t wait to drive this @DCSolar @chevrolet.

“THE BULL” HOPES TO TAME “THE MONSTER MILE”

After a one-week hiatus, Poole returns to the seat of the No. 42 DC Solar Chevrolet Camaro at Dover International Speedway this weekend. This will be his first start at the 1.0 mile concrete oval. Through seven starts, Poole has one top-10 and four top-15 finishes, with an average start of 16.9 and average finish of 19.7. Following this weekend’s race, Poole will compete in four of the next five XFINITY Series races (Chicagoland 6/20, Daytona 7/4, Kentucky 7/10, and New Hampshire 7/18).

MEET BRENNAN

On Friday, May 29 from 12:30 – 12:45 p.m. EDT, Poole will participate in a Q&A and sign autographs for fans at the XFINITY Zone Display in the fan midway.

RIDE WITH BRENNAN

Poole will once again carry the DC Solar on-board camera for Saturday’s 200-lap race. Tune into FOX for all the action from the Buckle Up 200.
A LOOK BACK ON CHARLOTTE

While Poole is driving the No. 42 DC Solar Chevrolet Camaro this weekend, Kyle Larson was behind the wheel of the ENEOS Chevrolet Camaro last weekend in Charlotte. Within the first half of the race, Larson was able to make his way to a race-high second place. Nearing the halfway point of the race, however, Larson reported something amiss in the rear end of the ENEOS Chevrolet Camaro. The team was forced to make repairs behind the wall, losing 17 laps. Larson returned to the track and settled for a 33rd-place finish.

BRENNAN POOLE ON DOVER INTERNATIONAL SPEEDWAY

“I’m looking forward to the challenge of racing in Dover this weekend; it’s a place unlike any other on the planet. I have watched past races and heard so much about how cool the track is to race on. We’ve had some bad luck the last few weeks, but I am confident we can have a strong run this weekend.”

CREW CHIEF MIKE SHIPLETT ON DOVER INTERNATIONAL SPEEDWAY

“Dover is a very challenging track for both team and driver. The biggest thing for Brennan to learn is how early you get back to the throttle in the center of the turns. So far this year, he has done a great job adapting to new tracks that he has never raced on before. Like we have done all season, we will use our limited practice time to get him comfortable with the track. As long as we keep plugging away and avoid any trouble, we should have a great weekend.”
