RHODES SWAPS RIDES FOR CHICAGOLAND

JOLIET, Ill. – Harrison Rhodes will be riding with a new number in Saturday’s Owens Corning AttiCat 300 NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Chicagoland Speedway.

Rhodes will be moving over from the JD Motorsports with Gary Keller car No. 0 to the team’s No. 4 Chevrolet for this weekend only. Rhodes will be replacing teammate Ross Chastain in the No. 4. Chastain will be driving the JD Motorsports 01 in place of regular driver Landon Cassill, who is taking the weekend off.

“It’s going to be a little different this week,” Rhodes said, smiling. “I hope I don’t try to get in the wrong car on the grid. Ross has done a great job this year, and it’s a pleasure to be driving his car for the weekend.”

Veteran driver Bobby Gerhardt will be filling in for Rhodes in the No. 0 Chevrolet this weekend.

Rhodes has one previous Xfinity Series start at Chicagoland.

Practice for Saturday’s race is scheduled at 3:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. (ET) Friday. Qualifying is set for 5:15 p.m., with the race to follow at 9:30.
