Bad Boy Mowers Encourages Drivers to “Qualify with an Attitude”

NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Drivers to Participate in Bad Boy Mowers Pole Qualifying at Richmond International Raceway on Friday, April 22nd

Richmond International Raceway, Bad Boy Mowers and NASCAR, they’re all classic American success stories.  And now the three are coming together to bring fans Bad Boy Mowers Pole Qualifying at RIR on Friday, April 22nd.

Every NASCAR Sprint Cup Series car that the drivers will use to qualify on Friday, practice on Saturday and race on Sunday is built by a team back in the shop.  Just like those cars, Bad Boy Mowers believes that every mower (and race car) produced is a reflection of the team that built it.

“The team approach, whether it’s building mowers or winning races, comes from what we call the strength from within,” Bad Boy Mowers’ Bill Hurst said. “It’s our core people, operating from core principles and values that drive performance from within. We believe it’s built into every mower we make, and it’s what drives our winning team forward.”

Drivers will participate in three rounds of knockout qualifying during the Bad Boy Mowers Pole Qualifying on Friday afternoon. The fastest twenty-four drivers in the first round get to move on to the second round, where the stakes are higher. Only the top 12 can move on to the third and final round. Once the clock runs out in the final round, whoever is quickest secures the number one starting position and the coveted first pit stall.

In addition to the Pole Qualifying partnership with RIR, Bad Boy Mowers will have its 2016 Mower Lineup on display in the Midway throughout the weekend for fans to experience their tough and powerful products up close.

“I’m looking forward to trying out some of the new Bad Boy Mowers on display on the midway race weekend,” said RIR President Dennis Bickmeier.  “It’s great to have a new partner like Bad Boy Mowers come on board for our NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Pole Qualifying.  They believe in delivering more to their customers, which is exactly what RIR believes in.  Our goal is to deliver the best experience for all of our fans!”

Want to see who makes it in with a few seconds to go? Or, who gets bumped out and sent back to the drawing board? Then, join us for the Bad Boy Mowers Pole Qualifying for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series!  It’s all part of Richmond International Raceway’s NASCAR weekend on April 22nd – 24th.  Get your tickets here or by calling 866-455-RACE (7223).
