Armstrong at Charlotte Motor Speedway:
Dakoda will be making his sixth career NASCAR XFINITY Series start at Charlotte Motor Speedway to go along with two prior starts in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series.

Armstrong has a best XFINITY Series finish of 16th at the Concord, North Carolina track which occurred in both Charlotte events last season.
Dakoda’s Thoughts on Charlotte Motor Speedway:
“We head to Charlotte this week looking to continue to improve our cars and 1.5-mile program. We are making good progress and this will be another important weekend for us to continue with that.”

“It’s going to be a hot race and the track at Charlotte is very temperature sensitive so all of the grip we can find in practice will help in the race. At the same time it is easy to get your car tight there so we need to be careful with that also.”

Dover Rewind:
The one-mile oval referred to as the Monster Mile can be just that for NASCAR teams and drivers. Dakoda Armstrong battled it all day on Saturday and steered his No. 28 JGL Racing Toyota to a hard fought 21st-place finish in the running of the Ollie’s Bargain Outlet 200 at the Dover International Speedway.
2016 Stats:
Starts: 10
Avg. Starting Position: 22.3
Avg. Finishing Position: 22.2
Best Finish: 14th (Daytona & Richmond)
Points Standing: 16th
