CHASTAIN RETURNS TO MIS

BROOKLYN, Mich. – Ross Chastain will make his fourth appearance at Michigan International Speedway in Saturday’s Menards 250 Xfinity Series race.

Chastain has raced in two Xfinity races and one Camping World Truck Series event at MIS.

“It’s a track I really like,” Chastain said. “It’s fast and wide, and you can find a lane you can do well in no matter how your car is set up.”

Chastain will drive the Dream Water No. 4 Chevrolet Camaro Saturday.

“The Dream Water folks have been a big bonus for us this year,” Chastain said. “We’re looking forward to doing well with them this weekend.”

Chastain has finished in the top 20 in five straight Xfinity races. He is 14th in driver points.

Practice is scheduled at MIS at 12:30 p.m. (ET) and 3 p.m. Friday. Qualifying is set for 10 a.m. Saturday, with the race to follow at 1:30.
