One Year Ago at Bristol

Biffle started 23rd and overcame a pit road speeding penalty to bounce back up and run in the top 10.  Unfortunately, Biffle lined up on the bottom line for the final two restarts and the bottom was a big disadvantage, leaving Biffle with a 12th-place finish.

On the Car

The No. 16 Fusion carries the Ford EcoBoost colors this Saturday night at Bristol. Ford EcoBoost technology combines smaller overall size with turbocharging, direct injection and variable valve timing to bring customers outstanding performance and fuel economy.

Biffle on Bristol:

“One thing that makes Bristol unique is just how fast the race track is.  After 10 laps in practice you are out of breath, the track is super-fast and the groove moves right up against the wall making it one of the toughest places we race now.  We need to constantly adjust on our car because the groove keeps moving up throughout practice and the race to make sure it will run in all those different lanes.”
