Brett Moffitt Quoteboard:

On The Indianapolis Motor Speedway Road Course: “I am optimistic about the Pennzoil 150 this weekend at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Road Course. Our AM Racing team has been able to showcase a lot of speed on the road courses this season, even if we haven’t always been able to transfer that speed into strong finishes.

“I feel confident about this weekend with our No. 25 AM Technical Solutions Ford Mustang. My crew chief Joe (Williams) had a strong performance last year with a top-five finish and I’m confident we can have a similar performance and perhaps even contend for the win on Saturday afternoon.”

On 2023 Season Outlook: “We have just past the halfway point of the 2023 NASCAR Xfinity Series and I feel like we have a lot to be proud of. I believe as the season has marched on, our team has gotten stronger and I believe the results have showcased that.

“We’ve had a little bit of the hiccups the last two weeks, but we are not going to let that detour us from what we have accomplished in our first year together. We are regrouped from Michigan and ready for battle at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Road Course.

“With the Playoffs on the horizon, we are doing everything in our power to either point our way in or fight our way into Victory Lane so we can take up one of the coveted 12 spots and really bring some attention to our AM Racing team.”
