100th Career Cup Series Start for Annett… Michael Annett will make his 100th career start in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series this weekend when his No. 46 Pilot Flying J Chevrolet team competes at the 1.5-mile Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Remembering Brandon Head… Annett and his team will honor Brandon Head, the 22-year-old son of TMC Transportation employee and short track racer Stephen Head, carrying Brandon’s name above the right side window. Brandon lost his 14-year battle with cancer this week. An avid NASCAR fan that was also a champion for cancer awareness, Brandon participated in Relay for Life, The Polar Plunge and Locks of Love.

Appearing in the Fan Zone… Fans are encouraged to attend when Annett takes the interview stage in the Charlotte Motor Speedway Fan Zone on Saturday afternoon, Oct. 8 from 2:30 to 2:45 ET for a Q&A session hosted by PRN’s Doug Rice.
