● Ware’s 12th-place result is his best finish in nine NASCAR Cup Series starts at Talladega.
● Ware’s finish is his second-best of the season. His best was a fourth-place result in the Coke Zero Sugar 400 at Daytona (Fla.) International Speedway on Aug. 24.
● Ware led one time for one lap.
● LaJoie earned his 13th top-20 of the season and seventh top-20 in 13 NASCAR Cup Series starts at Talladega. His best finish remains fourth, earned in October 2023.
● LaJoie led one time for five laps.
● This is the first time in 2024 that both RWR cars led laps during a race.

Race Notes:

● Ricky Stenhouse Jr. won the YellaWood 500 to score his fourth career NASCAR Cup Series victory, his first of the season and his second at Talladega. His margin of victory over second-place Brad Keselowski was .006 of a second.

● There were four caution periods for a total of 24 laps.

● Only 22 of the 40 drivers in the race finished on the lead lap.
