Civic Shopping’s Newest Partnership Offers Racing Fans an Exclusive NASCAR Experience

Racing fans in cities across the U.S. now have the opportunity to drive a real NASCAR race car on one of the nation’s premier superspeedways while supporting their favorite non-profit organization.  The NASCAR Racing Experience has announced a partnership with Civic Shopping, a new member-only shopping experience where consumers can discover and purchase offers and discounts from local and national merchants while helping to support schools, organizations and causes at the same time.

The three-Hour NASCAR Driving Experience takes place on one of twelve of the nation’s premier racetracks including Atlanta Motor Speedway, Charlotte Motor Speedway, Chicago Speedway, Phoenix International Raceway, Texas Motor Speedway, and Talladega Superspeedway.

The exclusive package is available for purchase on www.civicshopping.com and includes a Driver’s Meeting with the Crew Chief, training, and instruction. Participants can even tune into the in-car radio with a personal spotter and get pumped to drive a 5 minute timed solo racing session in a real NASCAR race car.

Drivers get a graduate certificate with name, date and top speed along with a souvenir racing license for bragging rights. The NASCAR Racing Experience has been featured on Good Morning America, The Bachelor, Cake Boss, Live with Kelly & Michael, and USA Today, among others.

Racing fans can buy NASCAR Racing Experience packages from Civic Shopping while supplies last. Civic Shopping also offers a variety of other shopping categories including home goods, electronics, health & beauty, food & drinks, fashion, kids, activities & events, automotive and more.  Once a purchase is made, shoppers can then choose to allocate a portion of the purchase (at no extra cost to them) to their favorite non-profit, school or cause.

“Working with Civic Shopping is a tremendous opportunity to connect with the racing fans and support communities and causes through a new shopping experience,” says Heather Lutz, VP of Marketing at NASCAR Racing Experience.

Jay Resio, Civic Shopping’s CEO, also believes this is a winning relationship for all.  “We’re extremely excited to not only help fulfill people’s dreams of driving racecars, but to have a part in helping fund non-profits and causes across the country.”

One of the causes that can be chosen is the The NASCAR Foundation, which is dedicated to helping children learn how to win, both inside and outside of the classroom, through a variety of educational opportunities.
