Marshall’s Madness: Who Cares About The No. 3 Returning?

I know I am probably going to get a lot of negative comments on this, but come on race fans, why wouldn't you want to see the No. 3 back on the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series circuit? Sure a LEGEND drove that number, but that was 12 years ago. Dale Earnhardt Junior is fine with it and I bet Dale Earnhardt would be fine with it himself.

Stenhouse Jr – Loudon Advance – Zest

In July two cars tangled sending the No. 17 Best Buy Ford into the outside wall, Stenhouse battled back to salvage a 34th-place finish in the Camping World RV 301 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.

Carl Edwards – Sylvania 300

In 18 NSCS starts at NHMS, Edwards has achieved two top-five and four top-10 finishes. Edwards’ best finish at Loudon is second place, captured in July of 2006.

He has four top-10 and two top-five finishes with an average start of 21.6 and average finish of 22.8. McMurray has completed 5877 of 6270 (93.7%) laps of competition and has led 32 laps in the Granite State. On his first visit to NHMS this season, McMurray qualified 11th and finished 12th.
