This year’s event will again take place at Romer’s Banquet Facility in St. Henry, Ohio on Friday, November 22nd.

The first 58 laps of the NASCAR Camping World Truck race at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park were fairly tame with a few spins and Coulter putting his truck in the fence being the biggest highlights.

Denny Hamlin finished 38th in Sunday’s NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Atlanta Motor Speedway, forced to retire after 231 of 325 due to an engine failure in the event won by Joe Gibbs Racing teammate Kyle Busch. Hamlin qualified fourth in the #11 machine, but started at the rear of the field following a post-qualifying engine change prior to the race.

Reed Sorenson will pilot the No. 95 Leavine Family Racing (LFR) Ford Fusion in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) event this weekend at Richmond (Va.) International Raceway. Sorenson will drive for Leavine Family Racing this weekend and for the foreseeable future - with the exception of the Dover International Speedway and Phoenix International Raceway events.

Kurt Busch and the single-car Furniture Row Racing team are on the cusp of a history-making feat heading into Saturday night’s Sprint Cup Series race at Richmond International Raceway.

Biffle on Richmond: “I’m looking forward to Richmond, we ran well there in the spring and it’s always been a pretty fair track for us. Looking to get into the Chase, we really need a top-15 finish, need to stay out of trouble and try to stay up front. We are really excited about making the Chase and making a run at the title.”

Jeff Burton, driver of the No. 31 Caterpillar Chevrolet SS for Richard Childress Racing, has announced he will not be driving that car after the 2013 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series season. Burton, 46, has driven for RCR since 2005.

No. 55 Aaron’s Dream Machine Toyota driver Brian Vickers would love to win Saturday’s NASCAR Sprint Cup race at Richmond International Raceway. The No. 55 is 18th in owner points, but a win coupled with the July 14 victory in New Hampshire would likely earn the Michael Waltrip Racing team one of the two wildcard berths in the 2013 owner’s championship.

Richard Petty Motorsports (RPM) development driver Ryan Truex will make his second NASCAR Sprint Cup Series start at the Richmond (Va.) International Raceway on Saturday night. Truex will drive the No. 51 entry for Phoenix Racing as a continued agreement with the organization.
