Turner Motorsports NCWTS Previews: Martinsville Speedway II

Nelson Piquet Jr. heads to Martinsville Speedway this week, for the 19th race of the 22-race season. Piquet Jr. has had three previous starts at NASCAR's smallest track, and claimed his best finish in the spring of this year when he captured his first top-10 of the 2012 season.
