NASA is coming to RIR with Jimmie Johnson on board for a one-of-a-kind experience for kids. Parents can now purchase the Jimmie Johnson Ticket Package for the Federated Auto Parts 400 on Saturday, September 10th.

The Irish Hills will be looking for a new commanding officer in the coming days.

The annual Bojangles’ Southern 500 is on tap for this weekend at Darlington Raceway, where Ford Performance has had its share of success through the years. Here’s a look at some of the more memorable moments at the egg-shaped oval.

MOORESVILLE, N.C. (August 30, 2016) - The Petty Family joins the NASCAR community in the mourning of the loss of Betty Jane France.

Betty Jane France, a philanthropist in support of children’s health causes, passed away Monday evening. France is the mother of NASCAR Chairman and CEO Brian France and International Speedway Corporation CEO Lesa France Kennedy.

At Michigan on Sunday, Kyle Larson punched his ticket with the first Cup win of the 24-year old driver’s career. To say he was pumped would have been an understatement as he jumped into the arms of his crew with checkered flag in hand.

“Kyle Larson ran a great race,” Harvick said, “as did runner-up Chase Elliott. Those are two of the youngest drivers in NASCAR. Their combined age is 44. So, you could say ‘Youth was served’ on Sunday at Michigan, but not before ID’s were checked.”

In the backyard of Roush Performance, Jack Roush, and Ford, Ricky Stenhouse Jr. earned a 27th -place finish at Michigan International Speedway after battling an ill-handling machine for a majority of the Pure Michigan 400.

Michigan International Speedway is Greg Biffle’s favorite track on the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series circuit. Biffle leads the way at the 2.0-mile track with four wins, but unfortunately wasn’t able to add another to his tally.

Trevor Bayne, driver of the No. 6 AdvoCare Ford Fusion, recorded a 24th-place finish in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) event at Michigan International Speedway on Sunday afternoon.
