Kyle Larson topped qualifying Saturday afternoon at Texas Motor Speedway in the No. 5 Hendrick Motorsports Chevrolet to earn the Busch Light Pole for Sunday’s AutoTrader EchoPark Automotive 400.

NASCAR travels to Texas Motor Speedway this weekend as all three series are set to compete at the 1.5-mile track. William Byron captured his third NASCAR Cup Series win of the season last week at Martinsville and heads to Texas as the most recent winner at the 1.5-mile track.

William Byron took charge late at Martinsville and survived an overtime restart to take the win in the Cook Out 400.

The three-time Daytona 500 champion led 17 of 407 over-scheduled laps and benefitted through a fast pit service to assume and retain the lead in overtime for his second Cup victory of the 2024 season as his home track.

Kyle Larson prevailed over teammate Chase Elliott to clinch the Busch Light Pole Award at Richmond Raceway. It’s his first Cup Series pole of the season and his 17th career pole in 338 career starts.
