With Speedweeks in the rearview, let's turn our attention to "Hotlanta." This week, the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series rolls into the greater Atlanta area for the Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500 at Atlanta Motor Speedway. The 325-lap event on the 1.54-mile quad-oval intermediate speedway will be the second race of the 2016 Sprint Cup season.

As the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series heads to Atlanta Motor Speedway for race No. 2 of the season, BK Racing's No. 23 and 83 Toyota Camry's will carry the Dr Pepper and Sewanee colors respectively.

The Dale Jr. Foundation (TDJF) announced today that its successful Driven to Give Gloves program will focus on four Patient Champions from Nationwide Children’s Hospital (NCH) for its 2016 initiative. As it did last year in its debut, the program will feature the auctioning of Dale Earnhardt Jr.’s race-worn gloves four times during the 10-month NASCAR season.

Kicking off his 2016 debut, Jeffrey Earnhardt will be driving the Can-Am sponsored No. 32 for Go Fas Racing in the 57th Annual Folds of Honor Quiktrip 500 at Atlanta Motor Speedway, Sun. February 28th. This will be the first major primary sponsorship race of the season with Can-Am.
