The NASCAR Cup and Xfinity Series travel East to the New York Finger Lakes region to complete consecutive weeks of road course racing with Watkins Glen International.

Truex has a total of five wins, 13 top-five finishes, and 18 top-10s at the three permanent road-course venues on the Cup Series schedule – Sonoma, Circuit of the Americas (COTA) in Austin, Texas, and Watkins Glen. Four of those wins came at Sonoma and one at Watkins Glen.

The NASCAR Cup Series is back at a road course this weekend at Watkins Glen (N.Y.) International. Watkins Glen is a traditional road course.

Watkins Glen hosts the final road course race of the regular season this weekend, and second-to-last race of the regular season overall.
