After a lackluster start to the 2016 season, Roush Fenway Racing’s Ryan Reed has found success in the past two NASCAR XFINITY Series races, showing speed and finishing in the top 15 at both Michigan and Iowa. This weekend, Reed hopes to continue that momentum at the track where he has been the most successful – Daytona International Speedway (DIS).

2000 NASCAR XFINITY Series (NXS) champion Jeff Green has rejoined Rick Ware Racing (RWR) for Friday night’s Subway Firecracker 250 at Daytona (Fla.) International Speedway.

Aric Almirola will head to his home state of Florida this weekend to run double duty at Daytona International Speedway. With a 12th-place finish under his belt at the superspeedway already this season, Almirola is looking to return with another strong finish.

Roush Fenway Racing returns to hallowed ground this weekend as the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) heads to Daytona International Speedway for the second time this season, a track that has seen a Roush Fenway Ford visit victory lane nine times across the three major touring series.

Ryan Reed has competed at Daytona International Speedway (DIS) five times in the NASCAR XFINITY Series (NXS). Reed captured his first career win at the track in February 2015. Earlier this season, Reed finished 16th at the track after receiving damage early in the event.

Dating back to 1976, Richard Childress Racing has won 11 poles and collected five points-paying victories at the most-storied race track on the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series circuit. RCR owns two Daytona 500 wins (Dale Earnhardt - 1998, Kevin Harvick - 2007), three Coke Zero 400 trophies (Earnhardt - 1990, 1993 and Harvick - 2010) and 14 qualifying races, including 10-consecutive victories with Earnhardt (1990 - 1999).

Wallace will make his fifth career NASCAR XFINITY Series start at Daytona on Friday night. In four previous starts at the famed superspeedway, Wallace has recorded two top-10 finishes, with a best finish of sixth in Feb. 2016.

American Diabetes Association® representative and diabetes advocate Anne DePerty will ‘ride’ along with Roush Fenway Racing driver Ryan Reed during Friday night’s NASCAR XFINITY Series race at Daytona International Speedway (DIS). The Bradenton, Fla. resident will have her name featured on a decal above the passenger-side window on the No. 16 Lilly Diabetes/American Diabetes Association Ford Mustang.

With a little help from a special friend, BK Racing, David Ragan and Shriners Hospitals for Children® unveiled their paint scheme today for this weekend's Coke Zero 400 at the Daytona International Speedway. Hailey Randall, 16, is a patient at Shriners Hospitals for Children - Twin Cities in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and assisted in the unveiling of the No. 23 BK Racing Toyota Camry that she designed as part of the Healing Power of Love design contest. The contest was open to patients at all 22 Shriners Hospitals for Children locations.

Superspeedways have been a challenge for NASCAR XFINITY Series (NXS) driver Ray Black Jr. this season, but the Flagler Beach, Fla. local is ready to secure his first NXS Top-15 finish at this Friday’s Subway Firecracker 250 at Daytona International Speedway. The driver of the No. 07 ScubaLife.com Chevrolet Camaro previously earned his career-best NASCAR national touring series finish when he placed fifth at the 2.5-mile track during last year’s Camping World Truck Series season opener.
