Mike Bliss, No. 19 TriStar Motorsports Camry Pre-Race Report Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course

Mike Bliss is looking forward to returning to Mid-Ohio this weekend, where he will make his 700th career NASCAR start. With over 30 starts on road courses, you can call Bliss a road course warrior. Although he only has one start at Mid-Ohio, he has an average starting position of 30.0 and an average finishing position of 17.0.

Carlos Contreras, No. 44 38 Special/Ingersoll Rand/Voli Camry Pre-Race Report Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course

Carlos Contreras will continue to be behind the wheel of the No. 44 38 Special/Ingersoll Rand/Voli Camry this weekend for the third and final NNS road course race of the 2014 season. This will be Contreras's first start at the 2.4-mile, 15-turn road course, but it will be his eighth career NASCAR road course start. Earlier this season, Contreras finished 15th at Road America in the No. 44 Camry and finished 23rd last weekend at Watkins Glen.

Armstrong Hopes to Make the Most of Final Road Course Race at Mid-Ohio

It only happens a few weekends a year, and only twice at a road course, this weekend the NASCAR Nationwide series takes the spotlight at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. While the Sprint Cup series, heads to another oval, the Nationwide Series will head to its third and final road course race of 2014.

The Nationwide Children's Hospital 200 will mark Buescher's first start at the 13-turn, 2.258-mile Mid-Ohio Sport Car Course. Buescher is coming off a solid 11th-place finish last week at Watkins Glen International.

Trevor Bayne’s Mid-Ohio Advance

Trevor Bayne makes his second NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) start at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course on Saturday afternoon. Bayne finished ninth in his first start at the 2.4-mile road course on August 17, 2013.

Elliott Sadler and the No. 11 OneMain Financial team travel to Lexington, Ohio this weekend to compete in the NASCAR Nationwide Series event on the 2.4 mile,15-turn road course at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. This will be the second year the track has hosted a Nationwide Series event. Sadler started 14th and finished sixth in the inaugural event in 2013.
