NASCAR O'Reilly Series

Connor Zilisch made his Texas Motor Speedway debut this weekend by competing in the NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series on Saturday.

The reigning two-time Cup Series champion from Elk Grove, California, led a race-high 93 of 200 laps and fended off teammate Justin Allgaier through a 17-lap shootout to notch his second O'Reilly victory of 2026 at the Lone Star state.

The 2024 O'Reilly Auto Parts Series champion from Riverton, Illinois, clocked in a pole-winning lap at 188.607 mph in 28.631 seconds for his first pole of the 2026 season.

This weekend, NASCAR travels to Texas Motor Speedway for a full schedule of racing action. All three national series will compete on the 1.5 Mile Asphalt Oval.

Zilisch was originally scheduled to race at Texas Motor Speedway in the NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series race last year, but sat out due to the late-race Talladega crash, which resulted in a back injury.

The 20-year-old Day from Clovis, California, led the final lap of 113-scheduled laps and outdueled the field on the final lap to become the 184th competitor to win in the NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series division at 'Dega.

The reigning O'Reilly Auto Parts Series champion from Menlo Park, California, clocked in a single-qualifying lap at 182.313 mph in 52.525 seconds for his first pole position of the 2026 season at 'Dega.

The NASCAR Cup Series and the O’Reilly Series travel to Talladega Superspeedway this weekend.

The 31-year-old YouTuber from Omaha, Nebraska, will drive the RCR No. 33 Chevrolet for his second O'Reilly career start at Nashville on May 30.
