Florida-based apparel brand, Salt Life, is joining Blake Koch at Daytona next month as an associate sponsor on the Silver Saver No. 82.

Michael Annett started the 200-lap NASCAR Nationwide Series event at Kentucky Speedway from the ninth position, his best qualifying effort this season. Annett finished the Feed The Children 300 fourth.

“This just started off perfect last night at practice when we unloaded and were really happy with it. We tried something new on this Mustang and it was even better. We had a car that could run the bottom, run on the line and move up three grooves and we knew that is what we were going to need tonight after watching the truck race and seeing how hard it was to pass."

Camry driver Kurt Busch (second) was the highest-finishing Toyota driver in Friday evening's NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) race at Kentucky Speedway. Kurt Busch's top-10 performance on the 1.5-mile track was his ninth top-10 result of the season in just 10 NNS starts, including seven consecutive top-10 finishes.
