JD Motorsports will have a familiar look on their car for the season opener at Daytona with G&K Services returning to the fold for the 2012 season.

Daytona International Speedway plans to make Speedweeks and the 54th Daytona 500 a memorable event in many ways, starting with the largest and most expansive social media effort in NASCAR to further engage fans at the “World Center of Racing” and at home.

The Slick 50® brand has been protecting engines for over 34 years, just as long as legendary NASCAR crew chief and FOX Sports broadcaster Larry McReynolds has been tuning and caring for performance and race cars.

Ricky StenhouseJr., 2011 NASCAR Nationwide champion, will be sponsored by Kellogg Company and its Pop-Tarts and Rice Krispies Treats brands for the Nationwide season opener at Daytona International Speedway on Feb. 25, 2012.

HendrickCars.com will sponsor three NASCAR teams in select races in early 2012. The sponsorships will promote the new-look retail automotive website, which re-launched Feb. 1, and coincide with the HendrickCars.com “2012 Indy Dream Weekend” sweepstakes.

It was recently announced that Richard Petty Motorsports has formed a new Nationwide Series team that will be run out of RPM's Concord, N.C. race shop and contend for the Nationwide Series championship in 2012.
