The Riverton, Illinois, veteran backed up his first Richmond on Friday night by dominating and winning the second Richmond event on Saturday afternoon, thus carrying extra momentum prior to the Playoffs.

Justin Allgaier captured his second win of the season Friday night in the Go Bowling 250 at Richmond Raceway. It was his 13th Xfinity Series career win and the 50th win for JR Motorsports.

The Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series is first up Thursday night for their regular season finale while the Xfinity Series will feature a doubleheader, competing Friday night and Saturday afternoon. Saturday will mark the second race in the Playoffs for the Cup Series Saturday night at 7:30 p.m.

The reigning two-time Cup champion is set to achieve and surpass a milestone start within NASCAR's three major division series at Richmond Raceway.

The NASCAR Xfinity Series visited Darlington Raceway Saturday afternoon on Labor Day weekend for race No. 23 of the 2020 Xfinity Series season.
