5-time ARCA winner Brennan Poole will sub for his Venturini Motorsports (VMS) teammate, John Wes Townley, in Saturday’s ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards race at Berlin (Mich.) Raceway. Poole, who claimed a fourth-place finish in the ARCA event at Pocono (Pa.) Raceway last week, will pilot the No. 15 Zaxby’s Toyota Camry.
Taylor Ferns has only raced with the Ohio Valley Sprint Car Association (OVSCA) a handful of times this season, but she has been a contender each and every time she has hit the track with the group. She was victorious at Southern Ohio Speedway on May 6 and nearly returned to the winner's circle at I-77 Raceway Park on July 11, finishing second. In four OVSCA starts, the 18-year-old has an average finish of fourth.
Our team headed to Peterborough Speedway on August 2nd for the 8th round of the OSCAAR Modified tour series. This was our 4th race event in 8 nights and would be another good one for us in this 13 race schedule.

There is no week like it the rest of the season. A preliminary night, with heavily inverted and stacked heat races, that can make or break the rest of the week. Crucial event-points earned each time a driver takes the track. Over 100 cars entered for just 24 starting spots. It is a pressure-filled equation called the Knoxville Nationals at the famed Knoxville Raceway in Iowa.

In an effort to gain valuable track time in his first visit to Watkins Glen International, Roush Fenway Racing’s Ryan Reed will pull double duty competing in both the K&N Pro Series East and NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) races.
#10 Jesse Kennedy and #51 Dave Taylor would lead the field to green. Kennedy pulled out to an early lead until lap lap twenty when #17 Kevin Cornelius would power by. The #17 looked set to pick up another feature win until mechanical issues slowed Cornelius coming out of turn 2 on lap thirty six. For the second time this season a power steering line issue would end the chance of victory. Andrew Gressel had worked his way up to second place and assumed the lead on lap thirty seven.
Hanover Holiday Rookie of the Year contenders #91n Max Beyore and #88r Tommy Robb would lead the field of 16 to the green flag. Beyore power to the front on lap one and would never relinquish the positon. An accident on lap 28 of the feature event almost ended Max’s night as they entered turn three with the track blocked the #91n locked the brakes down to avoid the cars.
Nascimento Motorsports, a championship winning race team in Northern California, has announced the Jr. Late Model Combine to take place at Madera Speedway
