James Hinchcliffe will be back in his hometown of Toronto, Ontario on Saturday 25th October attending a fundraising charity event that’s close to his heart on behalf of the Waldenstrom’s Macroglobulinemia Foundation of Canada (WMFC –www.wmfc.ca), hosted at the Bata Shoe Museum on Bloor Street West.

For the first eight years of its existence, the Canadian Motorsports Expo (CME) was a standalone, racing-only show catering to motorsports fans and the industry. The CME usually took place in early February, when Canadian winters can make it challenging for even the most hearty racers, exhibitors and enthusiasts to participate.

The Thanksgiving weekend at Peterborough Speedway was our final race of 2014 and was a great weekend for both our Late Model and Modified. This was the 10th Autumn Colors we had been part of and it was our best weekend yet.

Kraig Kinser has raced at Fremont a few times in his career, including twice with the World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series and will visit the track for the second consecutive year as the 2014 season winds down.

This past weekend at Peterborough Speedway, OSCAAR and the Hurricane Midgets announced a merger of the two traveling series, with the midgets now known as the OSCAAR Midgets.

Tyler Hawn would survive the Autumn Colors Classic by avoiding the majority of the trouble en route to posting a solid 11th place finish to complete the 2014 OSCAAR Super Late Model season.

On Sunday afternoon, Andrew Gresel would lead flag-to-flag en route to winning the OSCAAR Super Late Model Autumn Colors Classic 50 for the second straight year in a row. As a result of his solid season all year long with no finishes outside of the top six, he would be crowned the 2014 OSCAAR Super Late Model Champion.

Owners of Carolina Motorsports Park, the only purpose-built road racing facility in the Carolinas, today announced they are seeking a new owner. Located in Kershaw, S.C., approximately one hour's drive from both Charlotte, N.C. and Columbia S.C., the 280-acre property on US 521, with a 2.27 road racing course and a 0.7 -mile Kart track, hosts year-round racing events and serves as a playground for sports car enthusiasts.
